| Coal mine gas drainage technology plays an important role in ensuring the safety of coal mining.The current overall control of coal mine gas drainage system was relatively extensive,which leads to many problems,such as the concentration of drained gas was low,the working fluid cooling effect of the water ring vacuum pump was poor and the energy consumption of gas draining system was serious.In view of the existing problems,a coal mine gas drainage control system was designed in this paper,then,some experiments were conducted to prove that the system can effectively solve the existing problems of coal mine gas drainage.Finally,the energy-saving methods of coal mine gas drainage were explored.The research has some positive significance for the reuse of gas discharged,the increase of the suction capacity of the water ring vacuum pump and the energy saving of the system.First of all,the overall design of the coal mine gas drainage control system was conducted.In this system,PLC was used to control the coal mine gas drainage concentration control subsystem and the water ring vacuum pump working fluid temperature adjustment control subsystem centrally.On the basis of the overall design,the hardware structure of the coal mine gas drainage concentration control subsystem was constructed,then,PLC control process and adjustment model were designed,and the feasibility of adjusting the gas concentration was analyzed;On the basis of exploring the relationship between working fluid temperature and suction volume of water ring vacuum pump,the structural design and optimization of water ring vacuum pump working fluid temperature adjustment control subsystem were carried out.On this basis,a control method was designed,which can adjust the working fluid temperature of the water ring vacuum pump by ambient temperature,finally,the lifting effect of water ring vacuum pump suction capacity was analyzed.The coal mine gas drainage control system was tested in order to verify its function realization effect.By designing the test process and building the test platform,the hardware action rules and the pumped gas concentration lifting effect of the coal mine gas drainage concentration control subsystem were detected;Furthermore,the working fluid temperature adjustment function and the suction volume increase effect of the water ring vacuum pump working fluid temperature adjustment control subsystem were tested.The test results show that the function of coal mine gas drainage control system was well realized and the system cansolve the existing problems in coal mine gas draining effectively.Some energy saving methods were explored in order to reduce the energy consumption of coal mine gas drainage system.The energy saving effects of the coal mine gas drainage concentration control subsystem and the water ring vacuum pump working fluid temperature adjustment control subsystem in the coal mine gas drainage control system were analyzed and calculated,and the energy saving principles of the two subsystems were analyzed.Finally,the influence and contribution of water ring vacuum pump large-scale and water ring vacuum pump flexible exhaust design on system energy saving were analyzed.The coal mine gas drainage control system designed in this study can effectively solve the existing problems in coal mine gas draining.In addition,the research can make a certain contributions to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting gas drainage equipment renewal,besides,it will also contribute to improving economic efficiency of enterprises. |
