| Coal industry is a pillar industry in China. Coal mine production safety is the soul of the field, and underground water inflow is an important factor affecting the safety of production. Once water leakage in mining face not only affect the amount of coal, and even submerge mines, endangering the lives of miners.The issue points out the shortcomings of the drainage control system, and study for drainage control system which is uses in the main drainage in China has important significance and application value. Base on characteristics of mine hydrogeology management work and coal actual situation, this paper firstly complete the hardware and software design of coal mine drainage control system and illustrates the design idea and implementation method of mine hydrogeology management information. Then established high-precision ANN mine flood damage prediction model, it cans convenience and quickly prediction mine flood damage, to provide a basis for practical production and decision-making. The main research works are as follows aspects:(1) In order to achieve coal mine drainage "Peak just valley" to make water pumping house work more energy efficient. We should according to the requirements of drainage control, after to design with the PLC hardware and description of software function requirements.(2) To achieve the various hydrogeology information unified management and visualized analysis, design and establish special used for the input, edition, store, management, inquiry, analysis and output.(3) Development graphics information management system of technical data, according to mine area and mine for processing. Using DELPHI and MAPX realize of different analysis data automatic mapping and various attributes browsing and editing.(4) Use storage pool water-level sensor data, prediction existing collection of underground water level in different seasons change rules; use the corresponding prediction rules and the current water level detection change, rainfall and displacement to complete BP neural network prediction model and software, forecasting mine future section. The research and development of coal mine drainage control and forecasting waterdisaster system base on Delphi and MapX realizes the visualization of mine hydrogeology information management, shows the superiority in scientific management, and plays a certain instruction role for mine hydrogeology work. |
