| In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, especially as the pillar enterprises of the country, sustainable development has become an important goal of resource-based enterprises. At the same time,"going out" strategy is also the only way for resource-based enterprises.Hailar large-scale fracturing project is a part of the development of the external market of the oilfield, but because Hailar large-scale fracturing project construction site is located in remote grasslands, the difficulty coefficient of winter construction is large, compared with other mature external markets, there are its particularities. In view of the shortcomings of material management in Hailar large-scale fracturing project, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme and related measures.Starting from the present situation of material management of Hailar large-scale fracturing project, this paper analyses the material cost of Hailar large-scale fracturing project in the past five years, combines the modern management theory and the practical results of similar large-scale projects, and analyses the shortcomings and problems existing in material management of Hailar large-scale fracturing project, the main problems include unreasonable staffing and planning.Lack of rationality, imperfect procurement mechanism, inadequate warehouse management, lagging behind the development of information technology, and its causes are analyzed in detail,so as to put forward improvement strategies on the basis of the original material management.Strategies include:strengthening personnel training, creating accurate plans, improving procurement system, strengthening warehousing management and bringing informatization into project material management.By establishing a sound material management system, fully controlling and coordinating resources, giving full play to the positive role of material management in project engineering, improving the utilization rate of resources, maximizing project cost and realizing the overall goal of Hailar large-scale fracturing project on the premise of ensuring project duration and quality. |
