With the gradual development of modern industry,the energy problem is becoming more and more serious.BOP is a key component of oil,gas well,and overflow prevention.The contact friction and wear between the sealing tube and the string are the main factors causing the sealing failure.And the rubber cylinder seal failure will lead to wellhead leakage and other serious accidents.Therefore,the friction and wear properties of well and gas well head sealant have received more attention.Through the analysis of the contact state between the rubber cylinder and the pipe string,it is concluded that the contact interface area and the contact state of the micro interface change during the loading of different loads in the dry friction state.Nonlinear characteristic analysis of rubber cylinder material superelastic model is carried out according to the superelastic characteristics of rubber cylinder itself,material properties and shear stress law.According to the constitutive equation of materials involved in this paper,a reasonable calculation method is proposed.The influence factors of dry friction on the contact surface of rubber cylinder are obtained by the viscous contact model,and the change of dry friction on the surface is attributed to the shear of the contact interface Stress change.Based on the finite element simulation analysis of dry friction between rubber cylinder and pipe string,the variation law and stress-strain distribution of shear stress of contact interface under different working conditions are obtained.The change curve of shear stress at contact interface is analyzed,and the influence of external load on dry friction of contact interface and its variation rule are investigated.As the velocity and temperature load increase,the shear stress decreases first,then increases,and then tends to steady state,but with the pressure increasing,the shear stress and then gradually increase.Under the coupling conditions of velocity and temperature and pressure,the shear stress gradually becomes stable with the increase of velocity,but with the increase of temperature and pressure,the increment of shear stress increases gradually,and the influence of dry friction and wear on the surface increases gradually.In this paper,under the influence of load,the variation law,surface friction and wear form,stress distribution and so on are simulated and analyzed.In order to improve the sealing performance of BOP rubber cylinder and reduce the friction and wear of dry friction butt contact surface,it has certain significance.
