| The existing drainage technology in daqing oil field cannot meet the demand of low return pressure of horizontal Wells for production.At present,only the study of single row string structure of hydraulic pump is conducted,which cannot verify the reliability of string structure and tools.The integrated technology has not been tackled yet,and there are still many deficiencies in the related supporting technologies,such as the ground flow supporting technology,oil-water separation and closed metering technology,and parameter optimization technology,which are closely related to hydraulic pump drainage.The separation and metering devices used fail to realize closed metering,which is a hidden danger of environmental protection.At the same time,relying on gravity separation,manual estimation of oil and water production,poor separation effect and inaccurate metering of oil and water.In order to make up for the inadequacy of drainage and production technology,forming a perfect hydraulic pump drainage and form a complete set of production technology and process on the ground,realize airtight,environmental protection measurement,the maximum improve special well test capacity,reduce environmental pollution,this paper carried out a hydraulic pump drainage techniques of optimization research and field application,the results showed that:(1)the original pump core length 2.2m optimization to the overall length of 1.79 m,the pump core supporting sieve tube end face into a 45°cant guide,through the pump core length and transverse oblique transformation,to a certain extent solved the pump core into a difficult technical problem,to avoid the multiple return to wash pump core or caused by pump core cannot into a string of possibility;(2)supporting the processing of ground injection pump,power tank,ground pipeline,high-pressure liquid injection reflux distribution device and heating furnace,in order to meet the requirements of horizontal Wells,high-yield Wells,heavy oil Wells drainage and production at the same time,to achieve closed,environmental protection,automatic separation and measurement,reduce environmental pollution;(3)the combination of high-pressure ground pump,large-size nozzle and throat pipe solves the problem of unstable ground pump pressure caused by the small flow area and insufficient suction of ground injection pump suction pipeline. |
