The progressive cavity pump oil production system, which has developed rapidly inrecent years, is mechanical oil extraction equipment, the system is becoming an importantalternative to substitute oil pumping unit in heavy oil and sand oil production wells.The main working parts of progressive cavity pump is eccentric screw and fixed bush,and the mutual movement way is special as well as the structure surface is more complex.Previous studies mainly based on progressive cavity pump’s two-dimensional plane modelsealed chamber of the actual working conditions of the hydraulic distribution law isexpected, according to the past experience, and then explore the deformation law bushinghydraulic effect, and find progressive cavity pump dropout and wear the main reason forthe problem. In contrast, three-start single-pump flow is big, high efficiency, and fluidconveying is stable, but at home and abroad and the research on three-start single-pump isvery few, especially lack of actual conditions bulls the actual three-start single-pump’sthree-dimensional model of hydraulic distribution law as well as the hydraulic distributionof rubber stator.Due to the eccentric screw at high speed, and actual working condition is complex,the rubber bushing wear and leakage has become the main factor affecting theperformance of progressive cavity pump. The thesis processes numerical simulation ofthree-dimensional structural model and linear optimization of three-start single-pump.Based on gear engagement theory, to establish the entity model after parameteroptimization. to conduct numerical simulation of progressive cavity pump seal chamber,and explore different speeds sealed chamber hydraulic distribution law. Based onnumerical simulation techniques, to study the influence of hydraulic to rubber bushing,and provide the reference data and research methods for a reasonable choice onprogressive cavity pump the amount of interference, at the same time, illustrates therelationship between the amount of interference progressive cavity pump rotor speed, thestudy and interpretation of progressive cavity pump running mechanism is important, toprovide some reference value for the optimized design of progressive cavity pump.
