Shengshen 2-1 block is located in Xushen gas field.After years of production of deep gas wells in this block,the phenomenon of surface pipeline perforation has become increasingly prominent,which creates many potential safety hazards for the safety production of the gas field.Through the analysis of the gas quality of deep gas wells in this block,it is concluded that the main causes of pipeline thinning are pipeline corrosion and fluid erosion.Pipeline corrosion is divided into internal corrosion and external corrosion.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of pipeline thinning caused by internal corrosion.Because there is fluid erosion in the process of pipeline internal corrosion,the factors of fluid erosion are considered in the analysis and research of pipeline internal corrosion.Pipeline internal corrosion is mainly carried out by injecting corrosion inhibitor into corrosive gas well ? Under the premise of considering fluid erosion,this test is to monitor the corrosion in the pipeline through the bypass process reserved for the corrosion monitoring device,to study the characteristics of corrosion law and to check the corrosion inhibitor pre film by replacing the pipeline and elbow.Under the condition of not adding corrosion inhibitor and adding corrosion inhibitor,for hanging piece,straight pipe and curved pipe,the material characteristics,corrosion rate and corrosion products were detected,their corrosion mechanism and corrosion law were analyzed,and the injection process and corrosion effect evaluation of corrosion inhibitor were studied.The fluid field in different structure pipes is simulated,and the influence of velocity,pressure and phase distribution on corrosion is analyzed.The field injection equipment and technology are studied,so that the inhibitor can be more fully applied to the field.
