The personalized sewing pattern is made by sewing threads of different materials,sewing different patterns on clothing and household items,meeting the demand of personalized consumption.At present,personalized sewing on the market often relies on the design platform to design for customers,and then send it to the factory for sewing after finalizing the draft.There is no direct way for customers to express personalized needs,so it is particularly difficult to express them completely.Nowadays,individual sewing in small batches still needs to handcraft,which can not cater to the growing demand of personalized sewing.Therefore,this paper funded by the general research project of Zhejiang Education Department(Y201840209)studies the multi-technology sewing trajectory construction algorithm of personalized pattern contour,and designs the personalized pattern design software for the user to independently design and send it to the equipment for real-time realization.Firstly,the sewing technology is studied,and the relationship between the sewing materials and the sewing resistance is analyzed.Various sewing techniques such as multi-sewing,lambdoid sewing,and inverted sewing are studied.Based on the sewing principle,the functional structure and the realization principle of the key devices of the sewing equipment are studied.The above researches provide theoretical basis for the subsequent smooth sewing.Secondly,the trajectory construction algorithm for general contours such as straight line,arc,and cardioid is studied.Furthermore,considering the characteristics of NURBS curve,the algorithm of curve contour trajectory construction is studied,and the contour construction realization is simulated by MATLAB.The simulation generates smooth contour trajectory,which verifies the effectiveness of the curve contour construction algorithm.The local and overall shape modification methods of the NURBS curve are studied,and it is provided for the personalized pattern contour.Then,according to the personalized pattern contour,the model of the irregular contour transition point planning is constructed,and the uniform dispersion of stitch points is realized by the equal-chord straight line approximation method and recursive method.For the extra length of the contour,The model of average of the extra contour is constructed,this is the effective way to guarantee that the complete pattern contour is transformed into stitch points evenly.Furthermore,in combination with multi-sewing and lambdoid sewing,personalized patterns with the sense of layers and three-dimensional are constructed.After confirming the application process,multiple patterns and lambdoid patterns are sewed on the surface of the fabrices or leatheres.The contours are safe and sound.Finally,the functional requirements of the pattern design software are analyzed,and the interface of each functional module is planned.Based on the above-mentioned pattern contour construction algorithms and multi-technology sewing trajectory generation,the personalized pattern contour design system software is designed and programmed.
