With the rapid development of national economy and urbanization,people's living standard has been constantly improved.The rapid development of catering industry in recent years makes the output of food waste also increase.Due to high water content,high organic matter,high oil and high salt,food waste will cause mosquito breeding,and illegal recovery of food waste will also cause food safety.At present,anaerobic fermentation and aerobic compost are the main methods for the disposal of food waste.However,the treatment cycle of anaerobic fermentation and aerobic composting is long and the investment cost is high,which will restrict the development of enterprises to some extent.In this paper,the biological transformation of food waste by black soldier fly larva is adopted,which can quickly deal with food waste and provide a new treatment method and data support for efficient treatment of food waste.This paper studies the treatment of food waste by black soldier fly larva from three aspects.(1)According to the results of tolerance test,salt-containing base material can inhibit the normal growth of Black soldier fly.When the salt content is higher than 6%,it will gradually lead to the death of the Black soldier fly,indicating that the Black soldier fly can withstand the osmotic pressure of 6% salt.Black soldier fly has a good tolerance to edible oil,and the oil treatment group in the bottom can promote the growth of Black soldier fly,of which the oil rate of 2% is the most obvious.According to the results of orthogonal test on water content,p H,salt content and oil content of Black soldier fly,the influence factors of water content,p H,salt content and oil content on the growth of Black soldier fly larvae were as follows: water content < p H < oil content < salt content.At the same time,the orthogonal test showed that the optimal water content,p H value,salt content and oil content were 70%,3%,0% and 2%,respectively.In the early stage,the growth of the Black soldier fly was mainly affected by the salt content.In the later stage,the Black soldier fly's tolerance to water content,p H,salt and oil was enhanced.(2)According to the experimental study of different components of kitchen waste,the treatment of T5 and T6 by Black soldier fly can obtain higher larval yield and better reduction effect.In T2,the maximum weight of black soldier fly larvae was 32.3g.The lowest value of T8 is 10.8 g.Black soldier fly had the lowest dry matter conversion rate and substrate reduction rate for rice and chicken,and the bioconversion effect was poor in a short time.Black soldier fly can decompose and absorb carbohydrates in root vegetables efficiently.With different base mixed processing research could discern,proportion in existing research,eating hutch garbage reduction effect and growth of black soldier fly the best treatment group for the M12,optimal mixing proportion of 2:1:2,and black soldier fly crude protein content in single component base under mixed processing,shows that mixed treatment can promote the black soldier fly the content of crude protein in the body.The Black soldier fly was weak in the treatment of protein and starch organic macromolecules,and strong in the treatment of small organic molecules such as carbohydrates in Chinese cabbage.(3)According to the mixing experiment of different proportions between kitchen waste and municipal sludge,the length and weight of larva of black soldier fly in group 1:1 were slightly higher than that of other treatment groups.The highest weight in the 1:1 group was 118.8 g,and the worst weight in the 0:1 group was 77.0 g.The feeding time of the 1:1 and 1:2 groups was shorter than that of the other mixed groups.The average daily weight gain multiple and average growth rate of the 1:1 group were higher than that of the other mixed groups,which were 0.55 and 17.63 mg/d,respectively.According to the material conversion rate and insect yield,the lowest conversion ratio of group 1:1 is 7.55 g,and the highest insect yield of group1:1 is 158.4 g/kg.The change of TN and TP in slurry is that total nitrogen decreases and total phosphorus increases.The maximum reduction of total nitrogen content in group 1:1 was68.91 %.The change of total phosphorus content increased from the original 0.97 % to3.83 %.The reason for the increase of total phosphorus is mainly that the size and weight of slurry are reduced,and the water content is reduced,so that the total phosphorus content is increased to different degrees.
