Silver nanoparticles in metal nanoparticles have excellent electrical conductivity,antibacterial properties,optical properties and antistatic effect,the application range is very wide,but the phenomenon of silver nanoparticles agglomeration is very serious,to a certain extent,the application of silver nanoparticles is limited.Will composite with carbon nanotubes,silver nanoparticles can be easily and effectively solve the problems of the nano silver reunion,through both composite,play synergistic effect of the two,not only can good control the growth of silver nanoparticles,by controlling the nano silver particle size to improve the reunion,silver nanoparticles can also strengthen the optical and thermal performance of the composites,produce other performance and application of new composite materials,carbon nanotubes nano silver composite material has wide application prospect.In this paper,silver nanoparticles were prepared,and the carbon nanotubes were modified to improve their water solubility.The silver-loaded carbon nanotubes composites were prepared and applied to electrospinning and antibacterial finishing of cotton fabrics.First nanometer silver is prepared by liquid phase reduction method,the dosage of sodium alginate,glucose concentration,silver nitrate concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature of five factors to explore the preparation of silver nanoparticles,the resulting preparation process conditions as follows:the concentration of silver nitrate as the tendency for 5mmol/L,dosage of sodium alginate is 0.6g,glucose concentration is 5wt%,the reaction time is 8h,the reaction temperature is 80?.The silver nanoparticles prepared by this process have small size,uniform size distribution and good stability.The silver nanoparticles have small size,good dispersion and are spherical.Silver was prepared by physical adsorption method,carbon nanotubesmodified by ultraviolet spectrophotometer testing after the dispersion of carbon nanotubes solution,standard curve of found the best technology of carbon nanotube modified acidification acidification time for 40min,acidification temperature is 70?,silver load of the corresponding curve is obtained by elemental analysis,get the best carbon nanotubes and the mass ratio of silver nitrate was 2:2.5.The silver-loaded carbon nanotube complexes have good antibacterial properties,and have good antibacterial effects on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureusThe spinning technology of silver-loaded carbon nanotubes/PVDF nanofiber membrane was discussed.The results showed that the optimal process was determined by using 0.1%silver-loaded carbon nanotubes,10%PVDF,1.0ml/h spinning speed and 20kV spinning voltage.When the silver-loaded carbon nanotubes were used by 0.1%,the strength of the nanofiber membrane reached the maximum of 3.03mpa.The addition of silver-loaded carbon nanotubes effectively enhanced the thermal stability and antibacterial properties of the nanofiber membraneWas prepared by impregnation method carbon nanotubes composites finishing cotton fabrics,silver from silver dosage of carbon nanotubes,the dosage of PVP,finishing temperature and the finishing time four factors to explore the cotton fabric finishing process,the resulting preparation process conditions for silver dosage of carbon nanotubes was 1%,the dosage of PVP was 1%,the temperature is 90?,the finishing time of 50min.After finishing,the composite distribution on the fiber surface of cotton fabric is relatively uniform,and it also has a good antibacterial effect,with the antibacterial rate of 99.01%and above.At the same time,its thermal stability is reduced to a certain extent,and its anti-ultraviolet performance is greatly improved.In addition,due to the color of the carbon nanotubes,the color characteristic value of the finished cotton fabric has a great change,and the moisture permeability also decreases,which has a certain degree of influence on the subsequent processing and use of the finished cotton fabric.
