In normal,PVDF is white crystalline powder which has good mechanical strength,radiationresistance,weatherresistance,chemicalcorrosionresistance,good piezoelectric,dielectric properties and thermoelectric.In recent years,the preparation of PVDF nanofibers and composite nanofibers by electrostatic spinning has been widely used in the field of medicine,environmental engineering and electrician electric.Natural antibacterial TP and AgNPs which was synthesized by TP were used to preparation of antibacterial PVDF composite nanofibers,respectively.This paper discussed the electrospinning parameters influenced on PVDF forming.Studied the structure characterization and antibacterial properties of TP/PVDF composite nanofibers with different blending ratio.The structure and antibacterial performance test were studied of AgNPs which was synthesized by TP.Studied the antibacterial and catalytic reduction performance of PVDF nanofibers with the different contents of Ag that were prepared by blending yarn and in-situ polymerization,and PVDF nanofiber membranes with different content of Ag were characterized.The results were as follows:(1)The optimal electrospinning parameters for preparation of PVDF nanofibers:the weight percent of PVDF was 14%,spinning voltage was 16kv,receiving distance was 16cm.(2)The antibacterial test result of TP/PVDF composite nanofibers with different blending ratio were pure PVDF nanofiber without antibacterial performance and the antibacterial properties of TP/PVDF composite nanofibers were getting better and better with the increase of TP.Antibacterial effect on nanofibers was better against staphylococcus aureus.(3)In suitable condition,TP can be used to be prepared AgNPs by restored AgNO3.The average particle size of AgNPs was 33.8nm when the percentage of TP was 10%.AgNPs had excellent antibacterial performance again on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.(4)Preparation of PVDF nanofiber membrane with different contents of Ag by blending yarn and in-situ polymerization.Antibacterial performance testing found that the antibacterial properties of the fiber membrane was getting better and better with the increase content of Ag.The catalytic reduction performance test results:?blend spinning method:the catalytic reduction of nanofiber membrane was better with the increase content of Ag.?In-situ polymerization method:nanofiber membrane had the highest catalytic activity when the concentration of[Ag(NH32]+was 0.2 M.
