With the significant improvement of Chinese people's living standard in the new era,the continuous development of new technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the shortcomings of traditional retail and e-commerce have gradually emerged,and a new retail model is looming.In 2016,Ma Yun first proposed the "new retail" model of online and offline integration.Now every industry is looking for ways to use the Internet and big data to create greater profits for them,and every industry is at the critical point of change.Martial arts equipment industry is no exception,also facing the status of the sales channel not free,group atrophy,as a martial arts supplies enterprises should also think about how to transform and upgrade,how to apply the "new retail" model in martial arts supplies retail,using big data and cloud computing technology,improve the user scene experience and logistics services,on the premise of guarantee the quality of martial arts supplies,improve consumer desire,increase sales and profit,promote the development of martial arts supplies industry,this is the hot topic in research and industry areIn this paper,the implementation of "new retail" in Chinese wushu supplies enterprises as the research object,using literature method,expert interview method,case analysis,logical analysis and other research methods to carry out relevant research.From the perspective of industrial convergence,martial arts supplies enterprise development mechanism in our country,explore the martial art supplies on the artificial intelligence environment offline retail and offline retail intrinsic relationship,build a martial arts supplies the theoretical framework of enterprise implementation of the "new retail" model,are answered theoretically martial arts situation.In order to verify the development model of the above "new retail" theory,this paper USES empirical analysis to prove it,and takes jingdong Li-Ning self-run Wushu zone as the case analysis object to analyze the referable measures of this case.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward some Suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The implementation of "new retail" mode is conducive to the further development of wushu supplies enterprises in China.In terms of retail mode,Wushu supplies enterprises in China have developed from the single offline retail mode and the single online retail mode to the combination of online and offline retail mode,and then to the combination of online and offline "new retail" mode.The renewal and transformation of sales mode is the transformation and development of wushu supplies enterprises.The"new retail" model,supported by the upgrading demand of wushu supplies consumers and new technology,can coordinate and infiltrate online retail and offline physical retail,break the original boundaries and restrictions,and provide consumers with a more flexible and diversified retail format with better consumption experience.(2)The implementation of "new retail" mode in Wushu products enterprises in China will bring new retail formats to enterprises.In terms of production and operation,martial arts products enterprises can use"big data" of "new retail" mode,cloud computing and other high-tech means to accurately grasp the actual needs of consumers,targeted production and design of martial arts products more in line with the needs of consumers at this stage,and use mobile payment,brush face payment and other means to increase consumer experience in the business link,which will be greater The degree of attracting consumption.The"new retail" model can also help martial arts supplies enterprises to establish a smart supply chain,and help martial arts supplies enterprises to strengthen the in theory,martial arts products enterprises adopting"new retail" mode will have more considerable product sales."New retail" mode is to make use of modem technology to open up online and offline channels,realize information exchange among members,warehousing,logistics and other aspects,and build a more intelligent and efficient internal process,so it also has more cost advantages.From the case of Jingdong Li Ning's self operated martial arts zone,the enterprise pays attention to the deep integration of online and offline and logistics,actively uses high-tech means,pays attention to experiential service,and can realize the digitalization of orders and passenger flow for the stores that sell martial arts products,with a substantial increase in turnover.It can be seen that the implementation of the "new retail" model can really help enterprises improve their performance.
