The rapidly expanding e-commerce market has caught the attention of a wide range of enterprises – how to achieve the digital transformation and how to promote integrated development in online and offline marketing.Based on the online customer reviews of 361 Degrees flagship store in Jingdong Website,the online sales of 361 Degrees Company and the offline sales of Branch Company in Guizhou,this study compares and analyzes the relationship between the online customer reviews and the sales in online and offline stores.Also,this study summarizes the advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and threats of the integration development of online and offline marketing with SWOT analysis method.Then this study put forwards the efficient paths for 361 Degrees International Limited to integrate its online and offline marketing – from online to offline and offline to online.Last but not least,this study concludes the strategies for integrating in 361 Degrees Company: Integrating resource management for synergic effect,and seizing the opportunity in COVID-19.
