In this Article,the heat exchanger networks of acrylic acid and isooctyl acrylate units are sorted out,calculated and optimized.The models of propylene plant and octyl acrylate plant were established by Aspen Plus chemical process simulation software.The reliability of the models was verified by comparing the errors between the material components measured in laboratory and those calculated by simulation.The physical properties of related materials are calculated by reliable models.Through the simulation of various material properties,the current heat exchanger network is calculated,and the pinch point theory is used to calculate the existing problems of the current heat exchanger network.By means of process optimization and adding new interactive heat exchangers,the energy utilization of the heat exchanger network is enhanced,the heat and cold consumption of the current process is reduced,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.Finally,from the economic point of view,this paper makes an analysis of the economy before and after the reform.It is determined that after the modification of the current heat exchanger network,good results can be achieved in energy saving and consumption reduction,saving of 4.77 million yuan per year.
