This paper mainly studies the application of the transverse ventilation technology in the tall bungalow,the early indica rice were taken as research object,and vertical ventilation as the control,carried out the ventilation test for two different purposes(cooling,conditioning),and analyzed the results of the horizontal and vertical ventilation,the conclusion was as follows: I.Transverse and vertical cooling ventilation test(1)In the case of the same ventilation time,the cooling effect and the cooling uniformity of the transverse cooling ventilation system were better than that of the vertical cooling ventilation system.The initial average temperature of the grain stack was reduced from 15.2 ?to 5.1?,the range of temperature drop was 10.1?,the temperature difference between grain layers decreased from 3.2 to 0.6? ?,and the temperature difference between grain layers decreased from 15.7 ?to 6.9?,and the temperature difference between grain layers decreased from 3.5 to 1.5 by 2.0? ? ??(2)In the case of the same ventilation time,the water loss rate of the transverse ventilation system was lower and the energy consumption was less than the vertical system.the rice moisture in the transverse cooling mode decreased from the initial 12.53% to 12.17%,with a unit energy consumption of 0.06 k W·h/(?·t)and a ventilation water loss rate was 0.41%.The moisture of rice in the vertical cooling mode decreased from the initial 12.84% to 11.90%,the energy consumption was 0.11 k W·h /(?·t),and the ventilation water loss rate was 1.07%.II.Horizontal and vertical ventilation tests(1)During the period of horizontal and vertical conditioning,there was no abnormal phenomenon of grain temperature in the two warehouses,and the effect of moisture and water addition in the transverse tempering?the uniformity of moisture in the grain piles are higher than that in the vertical system.The average moisture of the grain stack after transverse tempering and ventilation is kept at about 12.10%,which is 0.89% higher than before.The water uniformity of grain increased from 91.27% to 96.38%,with an increase of 5.11%.The average moisture content of grain piles after vertical tempering and ventilation remained at 11.70%,an increase of 0.79% over pre-tempering water points,and the water uniformity of grain increased from 92.61% to 94.11%.(2)Transverse conditioning and ventilation could improve the processing quality of rice better.During the period of ventilation and tempering,the fatty acid value of the transverse tempered bungalow was basically unchanged,from the original 26.2 mg/100 g to 26.8 mg/100g;the whole milling rate increased from the initial 46.2% to 48.6%,with an increase of 2.4%;the roughness rate increased from the initial 75.6% to 76.4%;and the yellow grain rate changed little.The fatty acid value of the vertically quenched and tempered bungalow increased from 25.7mg/100 g to 27.8mg/100 g to 2.1mg /100 g.The whole milling rate increased from 45.6% in the initial period to 47.4%,with an increase of 1.8%.The roughness rate increased from 75.8% to 76.3%.The yellow grain rate increased slightly to 0.07%.III.Economic benefit analysis of horizontal and vertical ventilation grain storageFrom the aspects of grain storage cost,sale income and net income increase in storage process,the economic benefit of horizontal ventilation is higher than that of vertical ventilation.The cost of horizontal ventilation grain storage in warehouse 1 is lower than that in warehouse 3,which is 18517.1 yuan and 21711.8 yuan respectively.The cost of grain storage mainly includes depreciation of ventilation system,depreciation of equipment,electricity and water,of which 7781.4 yuan and 8820.0 yuan are depreciation of ventilation system in warehouse 1 and 3;8485.7 yuan and 10461.6 yuan respectively for equipment;2216.7 yuan and 2394.9 yuan respectively for electricity consumption;and 2394.9 yuan for consumption The cost of water is 33.3 yuan and 35.3 yuan respectively.In addition,the sales proceeds and net gains from position 1 were greater than those from position 3.Among them,the sales income of warehouse 1 and warehouse 3 was 169750.0 yuan and 84238.8 yuan respectively,and the net income was 151232.9 yuan and 62527.0 yuan respectively.To sum up,in the fifth ecological grain storage area with zhejiang area as an example,the application effect of horizontal ventilation technology in tall bungalow was better,whether it was for cooling or conditioning,it was superior to the traditional vertical ventilation technology in operation efficiency and economic benefit,and it was a practical technology worthy of popularizing and scientific grain conservation.
