| In high temperature environment,workers are easy to get heatstroke,which endangers the health of the workers and reduces the work efficiency.It is difficult to achieve overall cooling in some operating environments.In order to ensure the health of the workers and ensure work efficiency,individual cooling equipment emerges as demanded.The pipeline type forced air cooling suit is a kind of individual cooling equipments.It has the advantages of good cooling effect,low cost and high safety.The working environment of the welding workers is not convenient for the overall air blower to cool down,and the moving range during operation is small.Considering the safety and cost problems,the forced ventilation method is selected to design a pipeline type forced air cooling and cooling suit for the welding workers.Most of the pipeline ventilation and cooling suits currently on sale and under study are for the trunk to cool down,that is,the pipes are arranged in the trunk.The pipeline design process lacks a theoretical basis and lacks a uniform evaluation criteria for cooling effects.In this paper,a pipeline type forced air cooling equipment is designed independently.In the design process,according to the theoretical basis of pipeline design based on testing and experiment,the ventilation cooling vest and ventilation cooling cap are designed and built on the basis of the existing conditions;After the completion,the sweating warm-up dummy experiment was carried out to determine the cooling efficiency of the ventilation cooling clothes under different environmental relative humidity and different ventilation amounts,and was used to evaluate the cooling effect of the ventilation cooling clothes;though the individual body dressing experiment,individual trunk ventilation(control group)was compared with the trunk combined with head ventilation(experimental group).Mainly got the following conclusions:(1)Under the same co-wind volume,the larger the pipe diameter,the larger the ventilation volume in the ventilation suit,the smaller the hole spacing,and the greater the ventilation volume in the ventilation suit.The pipe connecting parts have a certain loss of air volume,and there are many connecting parts and joints,so that the inner wall is not smooth,and the air volume is lost.(2)Under the same ventilation,the cooling efficiency obtained by different ventilation temperatures and humidity is a constant value.Comparing the cooling efficiency under different ventilation conditions,the cooling efficiency of the same ventilation cooling suit is also a constant value,which can be used as a unified standard for evaluating the cooling effect of the ventilation cooling suit.(3)When the ventilation volume is constant,the combined cooling capacity of the trunk and the head is greater than the cooling capacity of the trunk alone.The sweat evaporation,sweat evaporation rate,average skin temperature,average skin temperature of the trunk,and thermal sensation are significant in the control group and the experimental group. |
