| With the development of chemical industrial parks,the transportation volume of dangerous chemicals by road is increasing,this also happens on the parking lots for dangerous chemicals transit vehicles.Compared with production and storage facilities for dangerous chemicals,dangerous chemicals transit vehicles with mobility features are not intended to stay in one parking lot for a long period of time,what’s more,there are few relevant design and management standards and specifications for parking lots of dangerous chemicals transit vehicles.Those factors contributed to defects which can cause fire and explosion accidents from time to time and result in casualties,property damage,and environmental pollution.In order to solve this problem,countermeasures are studied in this paper,which can be used to reduce the risk of dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots.The safety facilities are studied for dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots in this paper.Through analysis it is found that the main types of accidents in dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots are fire,explosion and leakage of toxic substances.The main countermeasures to prevent and mitigate these risks are construction of explosion-proof walls,strengthening of lightning protection measures and increasing of safety distance appropriately.Based on the analysis of the dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots,quantitative risk calculation method is used to determine the safety distance of the dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots.By checking the relevant design standards,the type of explosion-proof wall then will be selected appropriately,so as to design the explosion-proof wall for the dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots to reduce the impact on the surrounding buildings and tanker after an explosion.The lightning protection design and construction for dangerous chemicals parking lot are then to be explored and improved.Appropriate lightning protection measures are selected to meet the requirement for the entire dangerous chemicals transit vehicles parking lots.Through those three safety measures,the risk of the dangerous chemicals parking lot can be prevented or mitigated significantly.Finally,reasonable and feasible countermeasures are provided for the construction of parking lots of dangerous chemicals transit vehicle,which could effectively reduce the loss of accidents in parking lots,and the reliability of the entire parking lot will also be improved. |
