In recent years, with the acceleration of the global industrialization, the random discharge of industrial waste gas and wastewater increases the suspended particulate pollutants in the atmosphere, and the organic dye pollutants in the water.Environmental pollution cause the destruction of the ecosystem and threaten human health. Therefore,it is of great significance to study new efficient air filtration materials and water pollutant treatment materials.Chitosan nanofiber material, with large specific surface area and tortuous pore structure between fiber networks, are suitable for filtration and adsorption processes. In this study, chitosan nanofiber materials were prepared and applied to air filtration and dye adsorption. The specific research content is as follows:1.Continuous electrospinning was adopt to prepare sandwich structure composite nanofibers membrane. The hein derivative P(ADMH-NVF),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and chitosan(CS)were used as raw materials. The tensile properties, antibacterial properties and air filtration properties of the multilayer membranes were test. The tensile strength of the fibrous membrane can reach 6.1 MPa,and the membranes showed exhibited excellent antibacterial abilities against both Gram-negative bacteria E.coli and Gram-positive bacteria S.aureus.In the filtration test, the filtration efficiency of sodium chloride(NaCl)and Diisooctyl sebacate(DEHS)aerosol can reach more than 99%.In addition, the membranes hold a relatively low pressure drop of 183 Pa for NaCl and 238 Pa for DEHS aerosol.2.A novel triethylene tetramine modified chitosan nanofibrous membranes was showed by template method and grafting method. The functionalized chitosan electrospun nanofiber membranes were prepared. The success of introduction of amino-group on the CS were confirmed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),attenuated total reflection-fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The adsorption behavior of CS and T-CS fiber membranes on anion dye Congo red(CR)was investigated. The maximum adsorption capacity of T-CS fiber membrane was 5717.11 mg/g,and the maximum adsorption capacity of CS fiber membrane was 318.77 mg/g.
