In the current environment of rapid economic development,material needs of people have been greatly satisfied,so more and more consumers begin to pursue the emotional experience of the inner spiritual level instead of the limited requirements of basic survival.The collision between the diversity of product types and the increasingly emotional needs of consumers has made emotional design gradually become the mainstream design trend in the current,even future design fields.As a tea appliance with a long history and culture,tea set contains the consumers’ spiritual pursuit of culture,taste and personality.Therefore,the tea set is not only a tool,but also a work of art that reflects personal life quality.Study on the emotional design of tea set products also has positive reference value for the combination and application of emotional and product design.This article takes the user’s three-level emotional needs as the starting point,excavates the relationship between the user’s emotional image space and the design elements of the travel tea set,and carries out design practice.First of all,this article focuses on the methods and applications of the Japanese Sensitive Engineering Theory and Professor Don Norman’s three-level emotional theory,and theoretically guides the subject;second,the current status of domestic and foreign travel tea sets Conducted a summary and analysis to refine the market demand status of existing products in the market segmentation state;then,using questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to further clarify the true needs of users,based on the establishment and construction of user role models,Target user segmentation,mining the inherent emotional needs of the target user role model’s instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer;then,combined with emotional measurement and parameter conversion methods in perceptual engineering,such as semantic difference method and AHP,the user emotion The requirements are converted into the design principles of travel tea sets.Finally,the design practice of travel tea sets is carried out.In terms of shape,structure,color and material,specific product design positioning is proposed,a design plan is formed,and a feasibility test is conducted.This thesis is to design a warmer,more emotional,more humane and more unique travel tea set for the youth who are living in a fast-paced life and love to drink tea.By changing the method of drinking tea,users can enjoy drinking tea and life more and more.At the same time,this thesis summarizes the design method of travel tea set from the perspective of emotional three-level theory,and expands the research content of emotional design theory.The above theoretical conclusions are verified with effectiveness and feasibility.The research results also provide some guiding value for other product design using emotional theory.
