Study On The Reinforcement And Sealing Materials Of The Red Army Slogan Lime Base

The Red Army slogan is a non-renewable cultural heritage.It is in danger of being damaged or even disappeared due to natural and human factors.It is in urgent need of protection.Research on the protection of the Red Army slogan from a technical level is rarely reported.After the traditional reinforcement material fails,it is easy to cause secondary damage to the cultural relics substrate,and it is of great significance to study the protective materials for red army slogans.In this paper,the reinforcement and sealing materials of the red army slogan ground staff were studied,and the concrete work was carried out from the following four aspects:(1)environmentally friendly water-soluble calcium acetoacetate(CFW)reinforcement and nano-calcium hydroxide modified polycaprolactone(n-Ca(OH)2/PCL)protective agent were prepared,the preparation technology of reinforcing agent and sealing agent was determined.(2)Infrared spectrometer(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),etc.to characterize the prepared strengthening agent and the strengthening sample,the mechanism of action of the sealant is that the PCL film formation in the sealant can effectively prevent water from entering the sample from the outside,and the micro-aggregated Ca(OH)2 and nano-Ca(OH)2(n-Ca(OH)2)together form a micro/nano composite structure,which effectively enhances the hydrophobicity of the protective film,and the addition of nanometer Ca(OH)2 can improve the permeability of the protective film.(3)Through the analysis of the performance of samples before and after the reinforcement,and ultraviolet aging resistance,resistance to freezing and thawing cycle,soluble salt erosion resistance,resistance to water erosion and the erosion of acid rain test,proved that the reinforcement agent and sealing agent for simulation of lime base has good reinforcement and the reds slogan base sealing effect,can effectively enhance the adhesion between the red army slogan pigment layer and the ground layer(4)It can effectively enhance the adhesion between the pigment layer of the Red Army slogan and the ground layer.Through the establishment of a comprehensive durability evaluation system for CFW reinforced samples and n-Ca(OH)2/PCL sealed samples,the comprehensive performance of 10%(wt%)calcium aceacetate(C10)reinforcement agent and n-Ca(OH)2/PCL(P-N8)sealant with 8%(wt%)of n-Ca(OH)2 was the best.
