Sewage treatment equipment is an important support for the development of the national economy,and at the same time has an irreplaceable and important role in the protection and reuse of water resources.Euring the operation of the chain plate scraper,due to the friction resistance of the guide rail,the resistance caused by impurities such as sludge and suspended matter,the chain tension of the chain plate scraper is larger,and the chain speed caused by the polygon effect of the chain drive is not Harmony and vibration bring hidden dangers to equipment safety.This paper uses numerical simulation as the main research method,and theoretical analysis and experimental research as the supplementary research methods to carry out research on the operation status of the non-metallic chain plate scraper and the strength check of key parts.First,the 1:1 geometric modeling of the non-metallic chain scraper was completed,including the working links of key components,the guide wheel support,etc.In addition,the ADAMS simulation calculation model was appropriately simplified;then,the water supply and drainage industry was used The empirical formula of is used to theoretically calculate the chain tension of the chain plate scraper.At the same time,the chain tension of the non-metallic chain plate scraper used in the article is measured using an inductive tension sensor and is based on dynamics simulation technology(Dynamics Simulation),using ADAMS dynamics simulation software to realize the dynamic analysis of the scraper system,respectively study the impact of preload and running speed on the equipment,and obtain the movement state and force transmission form of the non-metallic chain plate scraper,At the same time,the key components with severe stress are clarified.Finally,based on the Finite Element Method,the strength check and optimization design of key components are performed using ANSYS Mechanical analysis software to ensure the safe operation of the scraper.Using the ADAMS dynamics simulation software to study the operation of the scraper under the operating speed of 0.58-0.9m/min,and at the same time to study the operation state of the chain under the condition of the operating speed of 0.58m/min under the preload of 1000-4000N.By analyzing the fluctuation of the longitudinal speed of the chain and the magnitude of the lateral displacement,the most suitable operating conditions are found.While ensuring the stable operation of the scraper equipment,the probability of damage to the equipment is reduced to the greatest extent.In addition,the strength check and structural optimization are carried out for the parts that often fail in the engineering practice.Using the ANSYS finite element analysis method to study the stress of the working chain of the scraper and the support of the guide wheel.By calculating the stress and strain values of different structures,an optimized model with higher strength and more economic efficiency is given.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the amount of preload is critical to the chain tension and running stability.For the non-metallic chain plate scraper studied in this article,the preload of 2000N-3000N and the operation of 0.58m/min Under speed conditions,the stability and chain tension of the scraper are at a relatively ideal level.At the same time,the link connection structure that wraps the pin shaft in the chain pin and the guide wheel support with beveled ribs show good mechanical properties.
