Study On The Utilization Of Potato Planting Machinery And Processing Waste In Northern Of Shandong

Potato is an important food of vegetable and feed crop,potato has the advantages of high yield,strong planting adaptability,rich in protein,minerals and other nutrients and has gradually become an important crop in the world.In the new rural plan of China,potatoes are included in the main grain strategy.In the thesis,the utilization of potato planting machinery and the utilization of potato waste in northern of Shandong were analyzed and studied.The main work is as follows:One is the current situation of potato planting machinery in Shandong province to the analysis of potato planting machinery in northern of Shandong province.It is found that the mechanization of potato planting in northern of Shandong was significantly lower than the level of the whole province by collecting the data of potato machinery.Example for taking Binzhou City as an in 2018.There had 2374 of planters in Binzhou,accounting for 9.38% of the province,and had 2109 of harvesters,accounting for 7.51% of the province,and 9.29% of the province's potato planting area.Among them,the per unit yield of potato planting in Binzhou City is 30150 kg / ha,and the average per unit yield in Shandong Province is 30245 kg / ha,which is lower than the provincial level,which is closely related to the lack of mechanization level.In view of this problem,some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the research of potato machinery,large-scale planting,and strengthening the training of farmers.According to the utilization situation of potato waste in northern of Shandong,I was the investigated for waste utilization methods of 10 potato processing enterprises in northern of Shandong.It was found that waste on the spot after simple treatment for the enterprises usually directly discharge.The direct dumping rate of waste potato was 14% and the direct discharging rate of waste water was as high as 45% which caused damage to the local ecology.In order to improve the utilization rate of potato waste in northern of Shandong.I gave some suggestions how to put forward to strengthen the fine processing like pay attention to the supervision and improve the awareness of environmental protection.The research results of the thesie will be used as a reference for further understanding and grasping the potato planting machinery and waste utilization situation in northern of Shandong,and for the existing problems.
