Research On Knowledge Transfer In The Implementation Of ERP Project In Mining Enterprises

ERP is a common software to realize enterprise informatization,and it is also a kind of management thought.In the construction of ERP system,enterprises will organize,reorganize and optimize their own business processes to help enterprises improve management efficiency and management effect in the management process.However,some studies have shown that the probability of enterprises successfully launching ERP system is low.One of the reasons is that the process of knowledge transfer in the process of ERP system implementation is not handled well.Therefore,this thesis explores the process of knowledge transfer in the process of ERP system implementation,which is also of great practical significance for enterprises to go online.Mining enterprises are different from other industry enterprises.Their production has the characteristics of long front,many points and wide range.The production process pays more attention to safety production.ERP system requires not only function management function,but also production management function.The success rate of ERP system online is more important for mining enterprises,so it is necessary to improve the knowledge transfer in the process of ERP implementation.This thesis is an exploratory study on the content and influencing factors of knowledge transfer in the process of ERP implementation in mining enterprises by means of literature research and model analysis.The research work focuses on five aspects.These five aspects include analyzing the content of knowledge transfer in the implementation of ERP in mining enterprises;analyzing the process of knowledge transfer in the implementation of ERP projects in mining enterprises;determining the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in the implementation of ERP in mining enterprises;constructing the system dynamics model of knowledge transfer in the implementation of ERP in mining enterprises;simulation,analysis and combination of the results of the analysis put forward measures to ensure the effect of knowledge transfer.Through the study of the whole process of knowledge transfer in the implementation of ERP project in mining enterprises,the knowledge transfer content and influencing factors in the process are further fully understood.With the help of Vensim simulation results,the importance of influencing factors is analyzed to provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for managers of ERP implementation in mining enterprises.
