Study On Quality Management Of GD Petrochemical Crude Oil Processing Project

Quality management has become a decisive factor in the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and customer satisfaction.Whether service-oriented enterprises or manufacturing enterprises,their products or services are related to quality problems.Therefore,the research of quality management has become a hot spot in the field of enterprise management and academic research.Petroleum and petrochemical industry determines the importance of project quality management because of the particularity of materials,products and process equipment.Petroleum and petrochemical industry-related projects often have a long time limit,a wide range of equipment and facilities,and complex types of work.How to improve project quality management has become a continuous exploration problem for petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.GD petrochemical crude oil processing project involve 36 storage tanks and related systems supporting projects.It has a large amount of work,and improving its project quality management ability has become the top priority in the work of project managers.This paper takes GD petrochemical crude oil processing project as the research object,applies quality management theory and combines with the general situation of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project,the quality management of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project was studied.Firstly,the paper interviews the staff in the project to understand the current situation of the quality management of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project,and then summarizes the problems in the quality management process of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project in the design stage,procurement stage,construction stage and completion stage.Secondly,according to the existing problems in quality management of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project,quality management improvement measures are put forward to improve the total quality management level of GD petrochemical crude oil processing project.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of quality management improvement measures for GD petrochemical crude oil processing project,this paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from three aspects:organizational safeguard,cultural safeguard and institutional safeguard,in order to support GD petrochemical crude oil processing project to complete quality management work with high quality and high efficiency from the theoretical level and practical guidance.
