Research On Quality Control Of Digital Monitoring Project Of AZ Joint Station

With the continuous development of industrial automation,China's petroleum industry has gradually abandoned the high energy consumption mining technology and low efficiency monitoring system,and applied computer digital control to oil field production,crude oil storage and transportation,quality monitoring and other production links.As an important part of oilfield production,the AZ joint station should not only separate oil,gas and water from the produced fluid transported by various transfer stations,but also transport the separated qualified crude oil,natural gas and sewage to the next production site.Therefore,the quality control of the computer digital control project at the joint station directly improves the working efficiency and product quality of the finished crude oil,natural gas and reinjected sewage.The construction of the digital quality monitoring system of the combined station is to strengthen the smooth operation of the crude oil production.In this paper,the AZ joint station of Daqing Oilfield is selected as a research case.Through the summary of the experience of domestic and foreign project quality control,the present situation of the digital monitoring project of AZ joint station is analyzed,and the plan stage of the project operation is found.There may be many problems in the stage of implementation and acceptance,and it is difficult to meet the needs of high-efficiency production operation.By analyzing the causes of these problems and combining with the actual situation of Daqing Oilfield,this paper puts forward the design objectives and optimization principles of the quality control scheme for the digitalized monitoring project of AZ United Station.Based on this,the quality control countermeasures and guarantee measures in the three stages of project implementation are planned.These countermeasures The measures not only improve the operation efficiency of the digital monitoring project of AZ joint station,save the energy consumption of Daqing oilfield,reduce the risk grade of oil and gas exploitation.It can also be used for centralized mangement and remote control of the control system of the China Oilfield Joint Station.
