Shuang6 gas storage is the main underground storage of depleted oil and gas reservoirs in liaohe oilfield,its safety is very important.Therefore,risk prevention measures must be formulated in advance from the aspects of design,construction and management to ensure the integrity and sealing of the gas storage,eliminate potential safety hazards and improve the safety of the whole gas storage.In this paper,the sealing property of the cap mudstone section of shuang6 gas reservoir,through comprehensive geological research and core analysis,shuang6 gas reservoir is evaluated,and analyzed through comprehensive analysis of test data of combined with comprehensive geological research.After that,the research and application of the plugging property of the old well and the new well were carried out respectively.The selection of cement slurry system and the application of cement retainer in the old Wells ensure,the injected natural gas does not flow to the ground from the interface between wellbore and cementing cement ring,so as to ensure the normal production of gas reservoir is safety,and environmental protection of the area around the gas reservoir.Prevent gas channeling and leakage in the well.Under the condition of strong injection and strong production cycle alternating pressure,achieve permanent effective containment.The liner tie-back cementing technology for new well completion,not only eliminates the risk of graded hoop failure in dual stage cementing,but also takes remedial measures after the occurrence of leakage.The casing optimized from mechanical type to hydraulic type,ensure the continuity of cementing.In view of the periodic change of pressure,gas injection and production in gas storage,the cement stone needs to bear the alternating stress,and the cementing quality and long-term sealing of the cement ring are required to be high.The horizontal well adopts the casing cementing in the upper part,the screen pipe completion in the lower part,and the suspended well cementing technology of upper cementing and lower cementing,so as to ensure the good sealing after cementing.After the external packer is optimized as the inflatable external packer,the pressure bearing capacity of the external packer is improved from 35MPa to 52MPa,can effectively prevent cement slurry leakage.Finally,ultrasonic imaging technology is applied to detect cementing,which not only improves imaging quality and resolution,but also can detect casing wall thickness and other data,meeting the need of cementing cement evaluation for new Wells in shuang6 gas storage.Based on double 6 gas storage cap rock,fault and shaft sealing and integrity,double 6gas storage capacity increased 5.4*108 m~3,combined with the current policy,compressed gas storage note issued by the liaohe oilfield company economic evaluation center formula to calculate,103.442 million yuan in economic returns,has obtained the good application effect,and can provide relevant of the same kind of gas storage.
