Gas storage well relative to the ordinary injection-production well, in the process of operation, the wellbore to repeatedly withstand the under alternating stress function and the change of the corresponding temperature be produced in the process of repeated injection wells. Engineering condition is complex, require a longer service life. This requires the cement ring has good sealing ability, able to withstand higher pressure and has good toughness. However, the ordinary portland cement has lower tensile strength, the tensile deformation ability is small, brittle crack defects, etc, difficult to meet the construction of gas storage well cementing requirements. Therefore, to carry out research on the cement slurry system formulation of gas storage, explore the way of developing tensile toughness oil well cement slurry system, plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation and production of gas storage well.In this paper, use the cement slurry rheometer, thick instrument, filtration apparatus, universal testing machine, triaxial compression testing machine, scanning electron microscope and other instruments and equipment, choose fiber, latex, calcium carbonate whisker as cement slurry admixture, carry out experiment testing and analysis of oil well cement system performance, analyzed influence law for the additive mixing materials and their added amount for fluidity, rheological property, filter loss of cement slurry performance, studied the mixing material and the added amount for the influence law of the microstructure, strength and elastic modulus, analyzed the mechanism of the effect of fiber and other slurry materials on the mechanical properties of cement stone. preferably out of a group of gas storage water slurry system formula composition, evaluating the engineering applicability of slurry system and mechanical parameters adaptability, provide the foundation for the implementation of gas storage well cementation.
