Block X is structurally located in the middle step of the western slope of the western sag of the liaohe fault depression basin.It is surrounded by faults.The tectonic area is 8.5 square kilometers.The target reservoir of steam flooding development is H oil layer.The proved oil-bearing area is 7.8 square kilometers.The proved geological reserves of petroleum are37.65 million tons.Belongs to the high porosity,high permeability reservoir.It is a medium-thick stratified normal heavy oil reservoir.After years of steam drive development,block X has achieved good development results,the block experienced the stages of thermal connectivity,displacement and breakthrough.At present,it is in the adjustment stage of steam denudation.Production decline intensifies.Urgent need for development adjustment.During the development of steam flooding in middle and deep reservoirs,affected by reservoir conditions and operating parameters,the degree of steam flooding is not good in the part of interval in vertical direction and the part of direction in the plane.The remaining oil in non-main producing layer and non-main producing direction of steam drive is still relatively abundant.These parts are the main potential direction of steam flooding later development adjustment.These parts are collectively known as nondominant parts.As a result,it is urgent to carry out detailed description of non-main parts of steam drive.Develop a strategy called"replacement of non-main parts".To achieve the purpose of extend the stable production time of steam drive development and improve the oil-steam ratio.This study takes single well point as the unit.Analyze and quantify the operation status by coring well data,recognize the characteristics of the non-dominant layer,combine monitoring data with dynamic analysis data,determine the division criteria of the non-dominant layer.Then the position of the nondominant layer is determined by the method from point to surface to body,form adescription method of the nondominant position.This method is mainly based on the recognition of nondominant parts.According to the formation of nondominant position of the main control factors.The first step is to filter the non-primary layers,then the data of steam absorption,well temperature and residual oil are used to supplement the primary results.Finally,the connected section is used to track the corresponding situation of injection-production,remove the unconnected layer and realize the distribution of nondominant position.Six typical distribution modes of non-main parts are divided,among which there are three modes in the longitudinal direction:the lower part of the use is not good non-main types,non-main types of thin interlayer,non-main types that are produced but not injected.The plane has three modes:the non-main types of the downdip direction,non-main types with single direction,asymmetric non-main types.According to the different distribution patterns,the corresponding and feasible adjustment countermeasures are formulated,and the non-main parts of the steam drive are improved by adjusting the injection and production parameters and deploying new wells.The reconstruction well pattern structure is mainly deployed to the non-main part distribution area with the lower production difference.Multi-well point liquid production wells are mainly deployed in non-main types with single direction and asymmetric non-main types.The alignment pattern is mainly adjusted to the non-main types of the downdip direction.The reorganized anti-nine-spot well pattern is mainly deployed in non-main types that are produced but not injected.The recombination steam injection interval is a deployment for the non-main types of thin interlayer.The multi-media assisted steam drive technology is mainly used to adjust the asymmetric non-main typesand the non-main types of thin interlayer.In accordance with the basic principle of"build production synchronized with test",priority should be given to the production of liquid from multiple wells that have achieved good results.Meanwhile,the subdivision series,determinant well pattern and adjustment well pattern tests should be carried out in accordance with the principle of"easy to be effective,evaluable and generalizable".Finally,comprehensive promotion and implementation.At present,according to the current degree of steam drive,block X is in the middle and late stage of steam denudation adjustment.It is expected that after adjustment and deployment,the production of block X can maintain a stable production of 40×10~4 tons.At the same time,further improve the steam drive control technology series.
