Steam stimulation improving oil recovery is limited ability and the final oil recovery is generally between 15%and 20%.In order to improve the ultimate recovery,how to improve the steam drive technology,how to further perfect the steam drive development is a very important task.Although productivity prediction can be made of the existing steam drive numerical simulation method to finish,the information they need too much,the calculation is too complex and cost is too high.The three factors is the shortcomings of existing steam drive numerical simulation method,it makes this method is not easy.This paper developed a new theoretical model of steam drive,that make that steam drive can forecast real-time process parameters and do dynamic optimization.Steam drive is a important method to improve heavy oil recovery and can acquire better development effect.In Certain Situation of geology conditions of oil reservoir,steam drive development effect is affected injection-production parameters.Scholars at home and abroad researched the injection-production parameters of steam drive for ages.And optimize the combination of steam injection rate,steam dry degree and steam injection pressure can improve can prolong the life of producing well,make that steam drive can get the biggest ultimate recovery and best economic effect.so far,many domestic and foreign experts and scholars studied steam drive injection-production parameters and accumulated a lot of valuable knowledge and experience.because of injection-production scheme optimization is a complicated factors that is influenced by the nonlinear dynamic optimization problems.In land and abroad,some large oilfield determine the optimal of injection-production parameters through numerical simulation software of the steam drive.The numerical simulation software are mostly for the sake of geological characteristics of the foreign oil field due to the considered factors being much.And The numerical simulation software can not apply our oil field,especially they can not apply the deep reservoir Qi-40 in liaohe oilfield.Artificial intelligent optimization method has been successfully applied to many engineering field,but in steam drive injection-production parameter optimization is not used.How to research and develop a steam drive injection-production parameters intelligent optimization methods,that controllable parameter automatically adapt to the uncontrolled reservoir characteristics,optimize the best steam drive injection-production parameters,provide the best injection-production scheme,simply and quickly regulate and the steam drive,guide the reasonable development plan,scientificly manage deep heavy oil reservoir,make the oil reservoir geology,injection-production technology and field management harmonious and unified,achieve maximize recovery rate and improve the economic benefit,is an important current subject to solve.Combining with the oil,gas,water and temperature field,on the basis of mass equilibrium and energy balance,the energy balance equation and the mass balance equation is established,the establishment of equation is a foundation of mechanism of oil displacement of steam drive.This paper establish the piston propelling model and steam overlap model that can optimize oil field design steam drive plan.In the model by inputting more 20 based data,screening for the reservoirs that adapt to steam drive,designing preliminary process,feasibility analysis can be obtained in a few seconds.Analysis is simple and convenient.
