Chitosan is a kind of natural degradable environment-friendly material with abundant reserves in Chinese marine resources.Its 2D structure bio-gel has been widely used in biomedicine and other fields due to its good biocompatibility.However,due to the influence of material properties,the 3D structure bio-gel produced by traditional mold technology is difficult to control the spatial structure in the forming process,and can not meet the increasingly small batch and personalized customization needs of the market.If the chitosan 3D structure gel is combined with gel 3D printing technology,the advantages of the technology of additive manufacturing can be used to solve the problem.But at present,there are few related researches in foreign and domestic countries.Thus,the research direction of this paper is determined,which is to seek a suitable forming principle for 3D printing of chitosan bio-gel,and develop bio-gel printing and forming equipment based on this.In the meanwhile,the key technologies of printing and forming of chitosan bio-gel and ink preparation are studied,so that the printing of chitosan bio-gel is possible.Therefore,the main work of this paper is:The mechanism and feasibility of the printing and forming of chitosan bio-gel are study by theoretical analysis and experiment.Meanwhile,the extrusion plan is optimized according to its forming characteristics.The functional requirement analysis and overall design of the chitosan gel printing system are also carried out.Based on the overall design of the whole machine,the main modules such as atomization,liquid feeding,walking and forming functions of the mechanical system of the chitosan gel printer are designed.At the same time,the key parts are analyzed and checked,and the whole machine is developed to complete the virtual assembly and construction of the prototype.Based on the functional requirements of the whole machine,the main functional modules of the main control board,stepper motor drive and human-machine interaction in the control system of the chitosan gel printer are designed.Based on this,the hardware platform is built and the software is implemented.At the same time,the mechanical system and the control system are verified by gel printing test.The key technologies of printing and forming of chitosan gel and ink preparation are studied.The influence of ink group distribution and printing process parameters on the forming effect is analyzed.The reliability of the prototype,ink and printing process of chitosan gel is verify through an example.
