The traditional silk-making and weaving process is lengthy and cumbersome,and has more repetitive work.In the process of skein finishing and skein soaking,the silk is easy to entangle,and it is prone to end breaking in the subsequent process of winding,doubling,twisting and weaving.The loss of raw silk materials is too much,which seriously affects production efficiency and fabric quality.For the silk integrated company,these shortcomings have seriously affected the sustainable development of the company.In order to shorten the process of silk making and weaving,and to eliminate the steps of rewinding finishing and skein soaking,this paper realizes the short process into a tube and weaving by exploring a new process,and the small reels slices obtained after the silk reeling is directly immersed in the vacuum and dried into the cone winding to as "cone winding of re-reeling on small reels".Raw silk should be immersed before weaving,and if the wet silk after soaking in vacuum is directly wound onto the tube without drying,there will appear same problems such as tube agglomeration,adhesion,difficult to unwind,etc.Therefore,the key to the cone winding of re-reeling on small reels slices is to explore the process of the vacuum soaking on and the drying into a tube of the wet silk on small reels.The research of this subject has great significance to improve the economic benefits of silk and silk processing enterprises.At present,there is no suitable the cone winding of re-reeling on small reels slices device at home and abroad.In this paper,firstly,based on the precision cone winder,infrared heating technology is used to design a drying device for drying the silk.Selecting different infrared lamps,changing the position of the infrared lamp and the infrared setting temperature,according to the test results such as moisture regain,strength,and cohesion determine the optimal drying process.Then,using the orthogonal L9(34)experimental method,the effects of soaking aid dosage,soaking time and vacuum times on the performance of raw silk elongation and cohesion after shortening the process were studied,and the optimal scheme of vacuum soaking was obtained.Finally,with the support of the cooperative enterprise,the raw silk obtained from the"cone winding of re-reeling on small reels" and the raw silk obtained from the conventional silk production process,through the winding,twisting,steaming,shaping,rewinding,weaving,refining and dyeing,and then analyze the performance of fabrics,verify the feasibility of the process of cone winding of re-reeling on wet small reels slices.Research indicates:(1)The self-developed cone winding of re-reeling on wet small reels slices drying device uses a gold-plated heating tube to generate infrared radiation,respectively heats the wound silk slices and the raw silk in the silk path,and automatically controls the heating temperature by PID adjustment.The experiment obtained the optimal process:gold-plated infrared heating tube,winding system infrared lamp tube 15cm from the silk slices,set temperature 55?;silk passage infrared tube distance silk 22cm or 16.5 cm,set the temperature 40 0C.The strength,elongation at break,cohesion and surface microscopic morphology of the raw silk obtained by the drying process are not much different from the raw silk obtained by the traditional process.Therefore,the cone winding of re-reeling on wet small reels slices drying device and optimal drying process can meet the requirements of drying the small reels silk into a cylinder.(2)The experimental method of orthogonal optimization was used to study the vacuum soaking process of small reels,and the test result was analyzed by visual analysis.The primary and secondary factors affecting the soaking process were obtained,and the optimal combination was the amount of soaking aid is 700 mL,the soaking time is 3 h,and the number of vacuums is 15 times.The breaking strength,elongation at break and cohesion of the obtained silk under the optimal combination process conditions are better than those of the conventional raw silk obtained after the process of rewinding finishing,skein soaking,etc.And other indexes have no significant difference.(3)After comparing the strength,tearing,abrasion resistance,drape,wrinkle recovery and other properties of refined silk fabrics and dyed silk fabrics,it was found that the sample number of the soaking scheme which is superior to the control group is 10,that is,the amount of soaking aid is 700mL,the soaking time is 3h,and the number of vacuum is 15 times.The process of cone winding of re-reeling wet small reels has little effect on the dyeing performance of the silk fabric,and the color fastness grade is not much different from the control group.The above results show that the raw silk obtained of cone winding of re-reeling wet small reels can be used for the weaving of the rapier weaving machine,and it has little effect on the performance of the weaved silk.It proves that the process can replace the traditional processing technology and shorten silk making and woven.
