Study On The Space-time Characteristics And Guarantee Degree Of Ecological Security In Ningxia

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward to strengthen the management and protection of the Yellow River and raise the development of the Yellow River basin to a national strategy.Ningxia,as an important part of the ecological barrier in the west of China,plays an important role in maintaining national security and the strategic pattern of ecological security.Therefore,based on the theoretical system of ecological security,this paper takes 18 counties of Ningxia as the research object,selects2000-2017 as the research period,Based on the current situation of Ningxia's ecological environment,an evaluation system involving the current situation of ecological security and ecological security is established,On the one hand,based on the emergy ecological footprint theory to evaluate the current situation of ecological security in Ningxia,On the other hand,establish the ecological security system of Ningxia,and determine the final weight of the index by objective weighting,and then calculate the ecological security index of Ningxia by TOPSIS method,In the process of analysis,GIS spatial analysis,trend analysis and Kriging spatial interpolation are used to analyze the ecological security and guarantee of Ningxia from two dimensions of time and space,Finally,the panel regression model is used to analyze the relationshipbetween the ecological status and the degree of security,so as to provide the basis for the construction of ecological civilization in Ningxia.
