Ecological environment is the basis form an kind’s survival and development, along with deteriorating ecological environment, human beings are becoming more and more urgent to feel the impact of the ecological pressure on the economic development and the security of the existing problems. The study of ecological security has become the frontier of the current safety science. In this study, based on the statistics of Changli county, by calculating the2004, 2009 and 2014 changes in Changli county, ecological footprint, ecological capacity change, using the Arcgis spatial analysis function, the ecological security and ecological pressure index of three periods can obtained, and the spatial and temporal differences of ecological security in Changli county are analyzed, the main conclusions are as follows:1.The total ecological footprint of Changli County is increasing trend year by year, from 2004 1855669.95hm2, to 2009 2306458.60hm2, then 2014 2546107.01hm2, decade increased 690437.06hm2, it indicate that ecologically productive of Changli county needed land area increased year by year, the pressure on ecological security posed is growing.2. The ecological deficit of Changli county is in the situation of ecological deficit and ecological deficit showed an increasing trend, the total amount of the ecological breakeven from 2004 to 2014 rose-99866.1807 hm2 of-953698.6011 hm2, The ecological security of Changli county has been visible in a dangerous state, and with economic development, industry, agriculture mechanization level to improve the ecological security threats to gradually increase the urgent need to raise ecological safety control measures.3. The ecological pressure index of Changli County in province was on the rise from2004 to 2009 in 2004 was 1.1, ascompared with a state of insecurity, in 2009 and 2014, respectively, 1.52and1.87, are invery safestate. The very safe zone is mainly distributed in Anshan, Dapuhe, and Ruhetown; very unsafearea is mainly distributed in the town of Changli,Nijing and Liangshan.4.According to the changes and differences in ecological security situation of Changli county, propose measures to improve ecological safety in Changlicounty, which is the top priority of improving the ecological environment, to strengthen the construction of ecological environment as the most important and perfect the laws and regulations of the protection of ecological security,to establish an effective compensation mechanism is the fundamental way to ensure the ecological security.
