| With the rapid development of the domestic economy,Industrial parks with various industries have gradually become the focus of pollutants discharge area.The domestic high-pollution industrial development model has restricted the development of the economy in the new era,and the issue of industrial waste emissions has gradually attracted people’s attention.In particular,due to lack of experience.in environmental management in some industrial development projects in industrial parks,environmental pollution issues that cannot be ignored are generated during the development process.Research on the environmental issues of the industrial park has important practical significance.The present study systematically introduces the research status of environmental quality evaluation at home and abroad,and explains the environmental quality evaluation index system and evaluation method.Based on the perspectives of pollutant discharge and environmental management,the deep analysis of the environmental quality of the industrial park was carried out from the four aspects of water,atmosphere,soil and acoustic environment quality,and an environmental quality evaluation index system suitable for the chemical industrial park was formulated,while the weight of each index evaluation index system using entropy method to determine.This paper selects Yaojiagang Industrial Park in Zhijiang City as the research object,comprehensively evaluates the environmental quality of the area and conducts predictive research by accounting for the amount of pollutants generated in the study area,and proposes solutions to the main environmental problems in the development of the industrial park.The research results of this paper can provide a scientific basis for scientific management of industrial production activities and the protection and restoration of the ecological environment of the park.1.This study relies on environmental monitoring data and relevant statistical data to calculate the amount of pollutants produced in industrial parks and to study the current status of environmental quality in the study area.Based on the single-factor standard index method,the park’s atmosphere,water,soil and acoustic environment quality are evaluated.And on this basis,combined with the comprehensive index method,the overall environmental quality of the park is comprehensively evaluated.2.The weight of the industrial park environmental quality evaluation index is determined based on the entropy weight method,the comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed.The environmental quality evaluation of Yaojiagang Industrial Park was conducted through the established evaluation index system.The comprehensive evaluation index of the study was 0.9436.The comprehensive quality evaluation level of the industrial park is divided into six different classes namely,very good,good,moderate,poor,very poor,extreme poor.The results obtained from the analysis show that the comprehensive evaluation level of the environmental quality of the Yaojiagang Industrial Park was the third level,and the overall environmental quality of the industrial park was moderate in 2017.3.Yaojiagang Industrial Park’s water environment quality,atmospheric environment quality,and acoustic environment quality are predicted in 2025 and 2030.According to the prediction of water environment quality,the COD,NH3-N and TP standard indexes of the study area all have an upward trend,of which the NH3-N and TP standard indexes have the largest increase,from 0.269 to 1.395 and 0.46 to 0.994 respectively;The contents of COD and NH3-N have exceeded the three-level standard of surface water environment quality in industrial parks,According to the prediction of atmospheric environmental quality,the standard indexes of SO2 and NO2 in the study area have a larger upward trend,and the atmospheric environmental quality will conform the second-level standard.According to the prediction results of acoustic environment quality,the daytime noise monitoring value decreased from 57.9dB to 55dB,and the nighttime noise monitoring value increased from 48.5dB to 55dB.The predicted values of acoustic environment quality all met the corresponding standards.4.Combined with the analysis and prediction of environmental quality of Yaojiagang Industrial Park,various environmental protection countermeasures have been proposed.Due to the decline in the water environment quality of the park,it is necessary to design an optimized process of the discharge of sewage in the park;as the atmospheric environmental quality of the park is declining,it is recommended to promote the park’s cleaner production and strengthen the automatic supervision system.It is necessary to improve the comprehensive level of pollution prevention and control in the park from the aspects of key technologies and policy management,so as to improve the environmental quality and environmental management system of the park. |
