With the continuous development of production technology,the application of management information systems(such as ERP)and automation technologies(such as PLC)in enterprises has become quite popular.However,the seamless cooperation between the two is a problem that has been difficult for enterprise users to solve.The thesis adopts the variable clustering grouping method and the typical tabu search algorithm to study the two-stage process control and scheduling system of the production line.It mainly includes:First,to solve the multi-yard transportation management problem of the steel plant,multi-yard vehicle scheduling(MDVRP))Problem,convert the multi-yard vehicle scheduling problem into a single-yard vehicle scheduling problem,and then solve each single-yard vehicle scheduling problem,improving the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution,while improving the accuracy of MDVRP problem solving and reducing the solution time.Secondly,In order to solve the problem of the start and stop limits of the scheduling system,the safety stock theory is introduced into the steel bar scheduling system,and the scheduling start and stop threshold problems are analyzed.Thirdly,in order to improve the efficiency of process control and management of multiple production lines in steel mills,researches on production line scheduling management,material tracking,process control and seamless connection with MES were carried out Collect on-site PLC data through OPCServer and save the data to a remote database server.The secondary production management system analyzes the production data and timely sends the production process information to the MES side,providing data support for the planning and execution layers,and further A management system based on the C/S architecture has been constructed,with modules for multi-yard vehicle scheduling,production plan scheduling,material tracking,equipment management,tooling management,communication management,performance management,etc.,to achieve process control management of production planning.The actual application proves that the system can realize the seamless connection between the steel plant ERP system and the finishing line process control system.Figure[46]table[12]reference[77]...
