Resin anchoring agent(anchoring agent)is made of unsaturated polyester resin,fillers,promoters and curing agents.It is widely used in mining support,tunnel engineering and other fields.Among the anchoring agents,the proportion of filler is large,and its physical and chemical properties have great influence on the thermal stability and strength of anchoring agents,which is one of the important factors affecting the quality and performance of anchoring agents.In view of the problems in the production and application of anchoring agent,this paper studies the selection of anchoring agent packing.1.The main chemical composition of the stone powder filler in the anchoring agent and its influence on the thermal stability of the anchoring agent were studied.The results show that the main factors affecting the thermal stability of the anchoring agent are VO2 and MnO2 in the filler.When VO2 or MnO2 exists in the filler alone and the content reaches 0.5%,or when the filler contains both 0.2%VO2 and 0.2%MnO2,the thermal stability of the anchoring agent does not meet the national standard(not qualified).When the filler contains reduced iron powder,the gel time of the anchoring agent becomes faster.2.The feasibility of using fly ash to replace fine limestone powder is discussed;The modified method of fly ash suitable for practical production was found out.The best modified silane coupling agent was found when fly ash was used in the production of resin anchoring agent.The results showed that under the dry modification condition of fly ash,that is,under the constant temperature of 80℃ and after the mixed modification treatment with silane coupling agent,the compressive strength of fly ash was up to 73.30MPa instead of the fine stone powder in the limestone packing for the production of resin anchoring agent,which was better than the wet modification effect and more suitable for actual production conditions.Four silane coupling agents A151,KH550,KH560 and KH570 were used to modify the fly ash,and the compressive strength of the resin anchorage agent prepared after the modification was 57.88MPa,56.37MPa,56.68MPa and 75.62MPa,respectively.Compared with the other three silane coupling agents,the modification effect of KH570 was the best.under the condition of dry process modification KH570 dosage of fly ash is 1%,the strength of modified fly ash used in the production of resin anchoring agent,pulling force and anchoring force exceeded the national standard requirements,good thermal stability and resin cement stratification other various performance indicators are qualified.3.The feasibility of fast detection method for compressive strength and thermal stability of resin anchoring agent was studied.The results showed that the thermal stability of the resin anchoring agent could be rapidly tested by storing it at 110℃ for 2h and cooling it at room temperature for 4h.The compressive strength performance of resin anchorage agent can be quickly tested by placing the compressive strength test block in an oven at 80℃ for 15min and then taking it out and cooling it naturally for 2h at room temperature.Figure 37 table 21 formula10 reference 89...
