Spindle is the main part of spinning twisting and winding.Its quantity and quality directly determine the output and quality of spinning.The technological level of spindle plays an important role in the development of textile industry.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of spindle is established by SolidWorks.Firstly,every component of spindle is analyzed in detail,and its function is briefly described.Secondly,the advantages of flat bottom aluminum sleeve spindle are analyzed.Finally,it introduces the national standards for testing spindles and the specified measuring methods,and analyzes the factors and reasons that affect the vibration,noise and temperature characteristics of spindles.According to the structural characteristics of the double elastic spindle,a simplified simulation model of the rod disk joint is established.Firstly,the modal of spindle is analyzed by ANSYS software,and the natural frequency and critical speed of spindle bar assembly are obtained.Secondly,the dynamic response of the spindle under simple harmonic force is analyzed by harmonic response analysis.At last,the paper analyzes the spindle axis track,and analyzes the causes and characteristics of several kinds of spindle axis track which cause spindle failure.According to the testing standard of spindle dynamic characteristics,a spindle testing experiment platform is designed.The platform consists of two parts: hardware and software.Considering the characteristics and collection efficiency of various sensors,a data acquisition system based on LabVIEW software programming is adopted.It can effectively collect the vibration,temperature,noise and other characteristics of the spindle,and provide the testing equipment for the dynamic characteristics research of the spindle.The modal experiment of the spindle is carried out,and the simulation results and test results are compared and analyzed.The vibration,noise and temperature of the spindle are measured by using the designed spindle testing platform,and the critical speed and vibration axis track of the spindle are analyzed.Through the structural analysis,dynamic simulation and experimental research of the double elastic spindle,the theoretical basis and experimental basis are provided for the research of the double elastic spindle.
