This article mainly uses walnut peel,tea stem and gallnut as raw materials,the polyphenols in walnut peel,tea stalk and gallnut are extracted to make plant polyphenol dyes,and the structural analysis of the three plant polyphenol dyes is carried out.The cotton and silk fabrics were dyed with walnut peel dye,tea stem dye and gallnut dye,respectively,and the wearability of the dyed cotton and silk fabric was tested.main tasks as follows: The best extraction process of walnut peel polyphenol dyes is: The extraction solvent is 60% ethanol,the fermentation time is 72 h,the extraction temperature is 80°C,and the extraction time is 2h.The best extraction process of tea stem polyphenol dyes is: The extraction solvent is 80% ethanol,the fermentation time is 48 h,the extraction temperature is 90°C,and the extraction time is 2.5h.The best extraction process of gallnut polyphenol dyes is: The extraction solvent is 40% ethanol,the fermentation time is 48 h,the extraction temperature is 90°C,and the extraction time is 2h.The powders of walnut peel extract,tea stem extract and gallnut extract were powdered by spray drying method,and the powder yields were 15.326%?22.657% and 34.742% respectively,and the color of the dye was brown-black?light yellow and yellow-brown.The chemical identification results show that the walnut peel dye and the tea stem dye belong to the condensed polyphenol,and the gallnut dye belongs to the hydrolyzed polyphenol.Walnut peel dye,tea stem dye and gallnut dye have detected-OH?C=C?C-O and benzene ring substitution peak,which are consistent with the related functional groups of polyphenol compounds.Using GC-MS to detect and analyze the polyphenol contained in walnut peel dye is walnut quinone,the relative content is 3.5%.The polyphenols contained in the tea stem dye are 4,4-methylene bis(2,6-dimethylphenol)and catechol,and the relative content is 10.51%.The polyphenol contained in gallnut dye is gallic acid,and the relative content is 98.65%.The complexes formed by different mordants and three polyphenol plant dyes dye cotton fabric and silk fabric respectively,and the colors obtained are different.The walnut peel dyes use mordant Fe3+ and Cu2+ to dye cotton fabrics and silk fabrics,the color is brownish yellow,and mordant Al3+ and Zn2+ dyes cotton fabrics and silk fabrics,the color is red-yellow.The tea stem dye uses mordant Fe3+ to dye cotton fabrics and silk fabrics,the color is gray,and uses mordant Al3+,Cu2+ and Zn2+ to dye cotton fabrics and silk fabrics,the color is yellowish brown.The color of cotton and silk fabrics dyed with gallnut dyes using mordant Fe3+ is purple-black,and the color of cotton fabrics and silk fabrics dyed with mordant Al3+,Cu2+ and Zn2+ is beige,light yellow and yellowish brown respectively.The best process for dyeing cotton fabric with walnut peel dye is: mordant Al3+ concentration 2.5g/L,p H 4,dyeing temperature 70?,dyeing time 2h.The best process for dyeing silk fabrics with walnut peel dyes is: mordant Al3+ concentration 2.5g/L,p H 4,dyeing temperature 100?,dyeing time 2.5h.The best process of dyeing cotton fabric with tea stem dye is: mordant Al3+ concentration 2.5g/L,p H 7,dyeing temperature 90?,dyeing time 2.5h.The best process for dyeing silk fabrics with tea stem dyes is: mordant Al3+ concentration 2.5g/L,p H7,dyeing temperature 100?,dyeing time 2.5h.The best process for dyeing cotton fabrics with gallnut dye is: mordant Fe3+ concentration 1.0g/L,p H 7,dyeing temperature 90?,dyeing time 2.5h.The best process for dyeing silk fabrics with gallnut dye is: mordant Fe3+ concentration 2.5g/L,p H5.5,dyeing temperature 100?,dyeing time 2.5h.Walnut peel dye,tea stem dye and gallnut dye use different mordants to dye cotton fabric and silk fabric with low dry rubbing fastness and wet rubbing fastness greater than 3 grades.Walnut peel dye,tea stalk dye and gallnut dye use Fe3+,Al3+,Cu2+ and Zn2+ to dye silk fabric and tea stalk dye to Fe3+ dye to cotton fabric.After removing walnut peel dye,dyeing cotton fabric with Zn2+,tea stem dyeing with Zn2+ on cotton fabric and dyeing with Fe3+ silk fabric,and gallnut dyeing with Al3+ and Zn2+ on silk fabric,the light fastness is less than 3,other fabrics The light fastness grades are all greater than level 3.Dyeing with walnut peel dye,tea stem dye and gallnut dye can improve the UV resistance of cotton fabric and silk fabric.UPF>40 of dyed fabric and T(UVA)<5%.
