| The spinning spindle is an important special part of spinning machine in spinning production.In order to complete the spinning process,the vibration of spindle tip should be controlled within the standard range.The quality of the spindle may affect the spinning production efficiency and yarn quality.In view of the present situation of low automation and high labor intensity in the detection of vibration of hollow ingot in spindle production process,a group detection system for vibration of spindle tip was designed in this thesis.The vibration detecting,analyzing and recording of group spinning spindles can be completed on the system,which can improve the efficiency of final inspection of spinning spindles and promotion of spinning product quality.Firstly,the traditional spindle inspection methods and equipment were analyzed to determine the performance index of the detection system.Based on the analysis of various driving schemes and the characteristics of various sensors,the system structure was designed and selected.According to the established mathematical model of the apron belt wrap angle,the spinning spindle mounting frame and its auxiliary mechanism were designed and manufactured,and the transmission system was assembled.Secondly,PC and PCI motion controller were used to control the linear module with sensors to complete multi station detection.The sampling parameters of the sensors in different sampling periods were analyzed,and the sampling period of the sensor was configured.A control software based on dynamic link library and RS485 serial port communication was developed,and the configuration of detection parameters and the optimization of control system program were carried out.Finally,the test system was integrated and debugged.The spinning spindle speed test showed that the transmission system can reach the standard speed of 18000r/min,and the difference rate of spinning spindle speed is 0.12%,which can fully meet the spinning spindle test standard.1200 sampling points for each spinning spindle,the calculation of vibration values,and their analysis and recording for 32 spinning spindles can be completed within 3minutes.The sensor bias tests and spinning spindle installation tests were done,and the tests showed that the different conditions of the sensor bias and spindle installation have influence on the spinning spindle vibration test results.The test data of 32 spinning spindles were used to evaluate the reliability and stability of the system.The results showed that the vibration values of the empty spinning spindles can be accurately and rapidly measured on the system. |
