Grain storage technology and equipment related technology is gradually formed with the development of mechanization and automation of grain industry.With the continuous development of social economy,the continuous progress of science and technology,the rapid development of all walks in life,mechanization,automation,intelligent development process,promote the rapid development of storage technology and equipment.In the process of grain storage,due to grain in and out of the warehouse,ventilation and cooling,precipitation,fumigation and other activities will consume electricity,produce carbon emissions,and aggravate the greenhouse effect.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and discuss the influencing factors of carbon emission in the process of grain storage and to calculate the carbon emission.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the carbon emission in grain storage process,and concludes that the main grain storage technologies that affect the carbon emission in grain storage process are grain in and out of the warehouse,mechanical ventilation of grain storage,circulation fumigation,nitrogen filling adjustment,air conditioning and grain cooler temperature control.(2)By comparing and analyzing the accounting standards and calculation methods of carbon emissions,the carbon emission factor method is selected as the method of carbon emissions in grain storage process.This paper analyzes the working principle of the key grain storage technologies in the grain storage process,finds out the equipment factors that affect the carbon emission of the grain storage technology in the grain storage process,and establishes the carbon emission calculation model of each key grain storage technology by using the carbon emission factor method.(3)Taking a certain grain depot in Shanghai as an example,the data of grain storage in a large warehouse in Shanghai was investigated.The data of key grain storage technologies were collected,and the carbon emission of each key grain storage technology was calculated according to the carbon emission calculation model of grain storage process.The case study shows that: in the process of grain storage in a large warehouse in Shanghai,the total carbon emission from grain storage technologies is 30.37 tons,of which the carbon emission from mechanical ventilation is the largest,accounting for 31.11% of the total carbon emission in the process of grain storage,followed by grain cooler ventilation and cooling,which is the total carbon emission in the process of grain storage The carbon emission from circulation fumigation was the least,only 2.66% of the total carbon emission.Based on the results,the relevant measures to reduce the carbon emission during grain storage were put forward,which could provide some reference value for green and low energy consumption grain storage and carbon emission reduction in large warehouse.(4)According to the calculation of carbon emission of grain storage technology in the fourth chapter,the measures to reduce carbon emission in grain storage process are put forward,which mainly include: the principle of path optimization is adopted for all equipment in and out of the warehouse;small power fan,suction type and stage ventilation are used in Mechanical ventilation;mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation are combined and sealed timely and effectively Measures such as heat insulation,frequency conversion speed regulation technology and energy-saving fan are adopted in air-conditioning temperature control,circulation fumigation under membrane and internal circulation,nitrogen filling and grain cooling,ventilation and cooling are adopted to improve the air tightness of warehouse,and measures of photovoltaic power generation,double-layer self breathing roof and differential grain storage are adopted to reduce grain storage Carbon emissions in the process.
