Oil,as an important resource of industrial economy,plays an important role in the process of industrial development.The oil industry is very large,involving many companies,and most of them are state-owned enterprises.Since the reform and opening up,China has continuously deepened the reform of state-owned enterprises and actively promoted the development of state-owned economy.Large state-owned enterprises have ushered in opportunities for rapid development.Performance evaluation is an effective human resource management method,which is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the internal management mechanism and achieve the business objectives.The healthy development of an enterprise depends on the importance of performance evaluation management in enterprise management.How to improve the level of performance evaluation management,establish a scientific performance evaluation system suitable for its own characteristics and implementation is an urgent problem for the company to solve.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the existing performance evaluation,mainly including the current widely used and mature performance evaluation methods and some basic concepts.Through in-depth research and understanding,it has done a full preliminary reserve.Then,based on the full analysis of the characteristics of the industry and the performance evaluation status of the first-line employees of CNOOC BX operating company,it carries out This paper investigates and studies the problems related to the performance evaluation of the first-line employees in CNOOC BX operating company by various methods,analyzes the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation of the first-line employees in the operating company,and finally,in view of the existing problems,uses scientific methods to conduct in-depth and systematic research and improvement,at the same time,puts forward some reasonable improvement measures for different levels And suggestions,aimed at promoting the improvement and progress of its performance evaluation,so as to play a certain role in promoting the whole industry.
