Concrete powder bin is used to store cement powder in the sealed container,at present,the powder bin mainly has a roof alarm not timely security risks,once the roof accident occurs,will seriously affect the local environment and cause significant economic losses.Then,the output of cement powder is measured by volumetric method,which has some errors.If too little is added to the ready-mixed concrete,the quality of the building or road will be seriously affected.If too much is added,the production cost of the enterprise will be increased.This article is based on high frequency level radar material level meter designed concrete powder bunker,comprehensive monitoring system of material level of the power house feeding process by Ansoft Maxwell software simulation analysis,to determine the high frequency content of radar level gauge relative dielectric constant,raising the accuracy of the power house material level range,provide power house production status,technical data,to achieve real-time,live and continuously monitoring the power house of material and powder front-rear safety purposes,research projects to improve the system security of mixing station,environmental quality and economic and social benefits is of great significance.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:Investigate the use of material level meter and radar material level meter at home and abroad,design a comprehensive material level monitoring system for concrete powder silos,based on the PLC automatic control system,effectively combine high-frequency radar material level meter,hd monitoring and LED warning technology,so as to realize accurate and continuous monitoring of material level.In addition,ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct static analysis on the cleaning parts to verify the feasibility and correctness of the design.Select the appropriate PLC automatic control system,and the hardware design of the whole system,including PLC selection and configuration,the circuit design of the whole monitoring system.Carried out the powder bin monitoring system control system software design,through the use of Delta WPLSoft programming software,using ladder diagram programming,complete the PLC program design.Comprehensive monitoring system of power house of concrete are studied to solve the key problems,based on strong dust environment affect radar material level meter range,using Ansoft Maxwell software for power house of electric field of the height change on the simulation analysis of 7.5 ~ 9.5 m relative dielectric constant of 4.2,implementing strong dust environment of radar level meter location;Determine the final construction scheme,install the comprehensive monitoring system of the powder bin material level on the site,debug the operation of the whole system,observe the situation of the powder bin in and out of the warehouse through the PLC control cabinet screen,and finally complete the trial operation.
