With the rapid development of China's economy,industrial parks,as an important carrier to promote industrialization and economic development,have become the accelerator of national economic growth.However,the current industrial parks generally have problems of insufficient planning and messy layout,which have caused serious harm to the health and environment of local residents.Therefore,how to better lay out the industrial park in the planning stage and reduce the harm of environmental pollution is an important issue facing the development of the industrial parks.This article takes Changning City Environmental Protection Facilities Park as the research object,analyzes the impact of the planning area on the atmospheric environment under the existing planning layout based on the AERMOD model,and studies the influence of topographic and meteorological factors on the concentration of the main pollutant pollutants.In order to solve the problem of air pollution in the layout of the primary pollution source,the layout adjustment plan of the planning area was proposed,and the optimization effects were compared.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:?1?The simulation results of the AERMOD model show that the concentration of point source pollutants can meet the corresponding environmental quality standards after the implementation of the Changning City Environmental Protection Facilities Park,while the non-point source pollutants H2S and TSP have exceeded the standard to varying degrees at the 24-hour scale.It will have a serious impact on the quality of the surrounding atmospheric environment.?2?Based on the analysis of the AERMOD model simulation results,the analysis of the contribution of each non-point source to the areas where the pollutant concentration exceeded the standard and the areas with higher concentrations found that zone a contributed the most to the concentrations of NH3?H2S?non-methane total hydrocarbons and TSP pollutants.?3?A statistical analysis of the simulated concentrations of the non-standard pollutants H2S and TSP under different terrains and meteorological conditions in area a revealed that the concentration of pollutants in area a is greater than that when it is located in the valley,and the elevation around the source is easy to form a barrier to the diffusion of pollutants and increase the concentration of ground pollutants.In the wind speed of 1.5 m/s-5 m/s,the maximum concentration of pollutants H2S and TSP both decrease with the increase of wind speed.?4?The main air pollution problems in the layout of the primary pollution source are:the elevation of the west and south sides of the area source in area a is higher,and it is located in the upwind direction of the year's maximum wind frequency.The terrain will block the diffusion of pollutants,so that Gathered nearby,the concentration is higher.?5?In view of the air pollution problem in the layout of area a,two layout adjustment schemes are proposed,and the effect analysis of each adjustment scheme is carried out using the AERMOD model.The results show that:adjustment scheme 1 and adjustment scheme 2 can effectively improve the atmospheric environment quality,but the optimization effect of scheme 2 is better than plan 1.
