| Atmospheric environmental impact assessment is the most important part of the environmental impact assessment.Through the atmospheric environmental impact forecasting to further understanding of the environmental impact the construction project on the surrounding environment.According to the atmospheric environmental impact of a viable and effective environmental protection measures,We can see the project after the superposition of background value from the operation of local environmental quality, and estimate the capacity of the local environment for local project planning for future reference, while achieving economic and environmental benefits.In particular, China started in 2009,'Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment'(2.2-2008), the atmospheric environmental impact of atmospheric forecasting models have higher requirements, more stringent requirements meteorological data,model parameter setting is more complicated as well as model taking into account the impact of terrain on pollutant diffusing.But in the real atmospheric environment impact prediction process, because of irrational patterns set various parameters to predict the results of large deviations.In this paper, by the request of'Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment'(2.2-2008),first, introducing how to set SCREEN3System input parameters.Analysis of SCREEN3System of various parameters and Maximum concentration value of the sensitivity.Second,introducing the AERMOD Modle's Meteorological data processing module AERMET and Terrain data processing module AERMAP parameters。Analysis of AERMET module of the surface parameter settings to predict the outcomes. Describes the AERMAP terrain data set the projection methods. Analysis of city models, SO2 half-life,4NOx conversion, particulate matter settling to the settlement of the AERMOD model predictions of the impact.Last, Combined with Shen Hua Shen dong Power 2×660MW Power Plant atmospheric environment impact prediction case study.
