Green waters and mountains are gold and silver.A good water environment can play a positive role in promoting the modernization of urban water conservancy and the construction of water ecological civilization,serving the people’s livelihood,promoting the harmonious coexistence of people and the natural environment,and have a positive impact on the economic,social and environmental development of cities.Reasonable running water dispatching scheme can greatly improve the modern management level and scientific decision-making ability of urban flood control,drainage and water environment control,and improve the water environment quality of river network.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of service-oriented government and improve people’s quality of life by improving the capacity of river network running water,flood control and drainage,pollution reduction and project operation and management.This paper takes the study on the scheme of flowing fresh water from the plain river network in the ancient urban area of changshu city as an example and simulates the optimal scheme of flowing fresh water in the river network system in combination with the current working conditions of the ancient urban area.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)based on the existing basic information of changshu ancient city district,the water conservancy projects in the old city district are sorted out.At the same time,the present situation of water quality and water environment in the ancient urban area is analyzed,and the existing problems of water environment in the ancient urban area are summarized.(2)according to the existing water system,river channel topography,water conservancy projects,Bridges and other basic data in the ancient urban area,the research and analysis scope of the free flowing living water scheme in the ancient urban area is defined.Based on the analysis of diversion and drainage pattern in changshu city,the idea of running water in the ancient urban area and the pattern of diversion and drainage are put forward.(3)on the basis of the prototype water transfer test data,the mathematical model of running water scheme simulation is determined.The established mathematical model of water quantity in the plain area is adopted to analyze the overall running water dispatching scheme under the open and closed conditions of different water conservancy projects.Based on the simulation results of the running water dispatching scheme,the optimal scheme suitable for the "flowing running water" dispatching of the river network in the ancient urban area was found through quantitative analysis and comparison from four aspects,including water level,flow rate,flow rate and water quality.(4)to summarize the experience of simulation of flowing running water scheme in the ancient urban area,provide technical reference for the comprehensive management of regional water resources,and put forward Suggestions on the improvement of "flowing running running water" management in the plain river network.For watershed to realize"scientific scheduling,precise scheduling,real-time scheduling to provide technical support,better play to comprehensive benefit of scheduling of water conservancy projects,for the basin water ecological civilization construction and realize the sustainable utilization of water resources and support sustainable economic and social development has provided the basic safeguard,has strong practical significance and reference value.
