The treatment of live wastewater is the most important link in the environmental protection. In the meantime with the quick development of the computer technique and the treatment of live wastewater in our country, the demand upon the automation of live wastewater treatment is rising all the while. Making use of the advanced control technique and equipments to supervise and control live wastewater treatment is very necessary. As the characters of live wastewater treatment process is nonlinear and multivariable, traditional control strategies in wastewater treatment plant have used traditional meters and manual control model. Moreover the whole control process has been dependent on people's knowledge and experiences, which means unstable water's quality, low labor productivity and decentralized system information. Fully automatic control wastewater treatment plants are decisive in order to improve the quality of water treatment and reduce the cost of manufacturing. This can only be done by applying advanced automatic control equipment and technology. The wastewater treatment of control system has three parts: the process of live wastewater treatment, PLC program and develop the Customer software with WinCC. This paper only describe the part of the Configuration software with WinCC: develop the supervision interface of wastewater treatment, establish the database of equipment operation, equipment running state and display the real-time curve of water quality. The alarm picture of monitor and control accomplished the function of real-time alarm, automatic generation the reports of the whole factory. Every interface has developed designing picture and running picture. Through use the great configuration abilities of WinCC, supervise of wastewater treatment factory conveniently. The automatic monitoring are realized,and the management level of sewage treatment is improved by the designed system. It has great realistic significance for solving environment pollution and energy crisis. |
