CNC machining technology is still the core of the manufacturing system.With the gradual improvement of manufacturing automation level and the increasing demand of processing resource management,database management technology is more and more widely used.The function of the existing cutting database in the practical application has not achieved the expected effect.The operation of NC programmers is tedious,which limits the improvement of machining efficiency.At present,the manufacturing industry is highly competitive.It is of great significance to further shorten the auxiliary time and improve the machining efficiency for improving the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,this paper develops a typical part machining database system based on machining features,which combines the cutting database and CAM software to take their good advantages and improve the efficiency of NC programming.The machining process of typical parts is added to the cutting database to enhance its practicability.Firstly,as the carrier of machining process information,machining features can serve for machining parameter recommendation and integration of machining database and CAM software at the same time.Therefore,according to the practical application environment of the integration of database and CAM,the machining features are redefined,and the process features are classified and described in detail.By analyzing the relationship between machining data,the cutting database is established.In order to accurately and effectively describe and store machining data,a unified data description and storage format is specified.Secondly,taking the flange,blisk and end cover of typical parts as examples,the machining process planning is carried out according to their machining feature categories,and the NC programming is completed in CAM software.The simulation module is used to simulate the actual cutting process,and the NC program is derived on the premise of accuracy.In the CNC machining center,the actual machining of the flange and blisk is completed,and the parameters of the cylindrical surface turning of flange and blade finishing of blisk are optimized by the response surface method and the orthogonal test method respectively.The effective machining data and processing technology of typical parts are collected into the cutting database.Thirdly,the functional demands and data requirements of the machining database are analyzed,and the overall structure and design of interface are completed on this basis.NX 10.0 and Visual Studio 2012 are used to build the development environment.Menu customization,interface editing and program writing are carried out according to the process of NX redevelopment.The development of typical parts machining database system based on machining features was completed.Finally,taking the NC programming of typical parts flange,cylinder head and impeller as examples,the application method of machining database system is described.At the same time,the functions of data management and machining parameters recommendation of machining database system are verified.It can be seen from the cases that the developed machining database system can effectively manage the machining data,reduce the tedious operation of the programming personnel to input the cutting parameters,and improve the efficiency of NC programming. |
