Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic,CFRP,With the advantages of both carbon fiber reinforcement and epoxy resin matrix,it has become a composite material with light weight,high temperature resistance,high specific strength and high specific rigidity,which is widely used in the fields of automobile body,aircraft manufacturing and spacecraft shell manufacturing..However,due to the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the material and the low interlayer strength of the material,defects such as burrs,tears,burns,and delamination between material layers are prone to occur during the cutting process.When cutting important large-size parts,defects may cause huge economic losses,so it is of great significance to study the high-precision and high-quality cutting of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites.In order to solve the problems existing in CFRP drilling and milling process and its online monitoring technology,this study optimized the drilling and milling process parameters,established a prediction model of cutting force and cutting temperature,and proposed a surface defect evaluation method.The multi-sensor online monitoring hardware system of the axis processing machine tool and the five-axis hybrid robot has developed a multi-sensor information fusion system to realize the monitoring and prediction of workpiece damage.On the five-axis linkage machining center DMU-70V,CFRP drilling and milling processing test research was carried out.For the burrs and tearing defects of CFRP drilling and milling processing,a specific pixel evaluation method was proposed to reveal the processing technology parameters for cutting The influence rules of force,cutting heat and machining defects determine the relationship between machining defects and workpiece burns and sensor signal characteristic variables during the machining process,and establish cutting force and cutting temperature prediction models to reduce or prevent carbon fiber composite drilling and milling Processing defects and provide a theoretical model for the processing data push of the cutting database.For the drilling and milling of CFRP large aerospace structural parts,a hardware system of a CFRP drilling and milling online monitoring system based on a five-degree-of-freedom hybrid robot platform was designed and built,and force and temperature sensors,2D and 3D contour measuring instruments,And the selection and precision analysis of the high-precision turntable,completed the development of a hardware system for online monitoring of the machining process of the five-degree-of-freedom hybrid processing robot and in-situ inspection of the workpiece shape.Based on C++language,a five-degree-of-freedom hybrid machining robot drilling and milling online monitoring software system was developed,which realized the real-time collection and processing of cutting force and cutting temperature signals during the drilling and milling process,and used artificial neural network to carry out cutting force and cutting temperature information Multi-sensor information fusion improves the recognition accuracy of CFRP cutting surface defects.
