| Bra is the essential underwear to woman in daily life,it can protect and support breast,will produce binding force to the chest and make the human body feel the pressure.Bra pressure comfort has been a concern.Therefore,it is important to evaluate the bra pressure comfort scientifically and accurately.The back is an important part of the bra,and it is significance to study the influence of the back style design and fabric selection to the pressure comfort of the bra.In this study,the market satisfaction and demand degree of bra pressure comfort were determined through consumer research.Through market investigation,analyze the actuality of bra back style and fabric application.After the test of fabric properties,5 kinds of fabrics and 2 kinds of bra back styles were selected,and 10 pieces of bra samples with different back fabric made by 2 kinds of back styles.The subjective and objective evaluation experiment of bra was designed.Then,analyze the evaluation results had obtained.By means of regression analysis,established the predictive equation to evaluate the overall subjective comfort of bra pressure value.This paper also discusses the influence of the back style,fabric and stretching amount on the pressure comfort of the bra,and puts forward some guiding suggestions on the selection and compatibility of the back pattern and fabric of the bra.The main research contents and results of this project are as follows:1.According to the market research,the most common back fabric is the fabric mixed by nylon and spandex;The most common back style is the shape like "一" and like "U".Through the analysis of 128 questionnaires,it was found that the bra cup women preferred was 3/4 size,accounting for 53.91%of the total number.According to the research objects,the positions with greater pressure sensation were center gore,anterior lower side of chest,top back and the lower bone.Nearly 80%of respondents had a high demand for bra pressure comfort.2.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,it was determined that the wearing pressure of bra(excluding the chest position)on human body could be represented by the measured value of 10 pressure points,and the objective pressure value could be obtained by reducing-dimension of the pressure factors of 3 parts:factor of side pressure F1,factor of back pressure F2 and Factor of front pressure F3.3.Through questionnaire survey and expert interview,the subjective evaluation indexes were determined as center gore pressure S1,sense of under band displacement S2,bone of bra pressure S3,backside pressure S4 and overall comfort S.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis of subjective and objective evaluation indexes,get the analysis results were as follows:(1)The overall comfort of bra is affected by all objective pressure factors,while the local subjective pressure is mainly affected by objective pressure factors in the corresponding region.The influence of objective pressure factors on the overall comfort varies from large to small as follows:factor of side pressure>factor of front pressure>factor of back pressure.(2)Through regression analysis,the model to predict subjective comfort with objective pressure factors is Y=0.237X1-0.114X2-0.154X3+3.871.The predicted value is the comprehensive evaluation value Y of bra pressure comfort calculated based on this equation.4.Through correlation analysis,partial correlation analysis and multi-factor analysis of variance,the influence of back style,fabric and stretch amount on bra pressure comfort was explored,and summarize the optimal compatibility scheme of style and fabric performance.The results were as follows:(1)The back style,fabric and stretching amount of the bra will have a significant impact on the comprehensive comfort of the wearer,especially the pressure on the part with large curvature.(2)The overall comfort of the bra with "U" shape back is better than bra with"一"shape back.The overall comfort of the bra made of No.3 fabric is obviously better than other fabrics made.The overall comfort of the bra which made of 5 different fabrics are arranged as follows:No.3>No.2>No.4>No.5>No.1.(3)There is a significant correlation between the comprehensive evaluation value Y of bra comfort,factor of side pressure F1 and elastic recovery rate of fabric,constant elongation force,tensile amount of back fabric.There was a significant positive correlation between tensile amount and three pressure factors,the greater the tension,the greater the pressure.(4)When making the bra,it will make bra pressure comfort better of choosing the elastic fabric with lower constant elongation force and higher elastic recovery rate.Bra back with"一" shape back should select the fabric with constant elongation force of 1.7～1.75N,elastic recovery rate of 90.55%～91.89%.Bra with "U" shape back could select the fabric with constant elongation force of 1.7～2.13N,elastic recovery rate of 83.49%～91.89%.This paper could provide more theoretical basis to research factors of bra pressure comforts.The research results can be used in the field of online evaluation of bra wearing comfort.Could help clothing enterprises in the process of bra development for the selection of back fabric and back style,is of great significance to improve the pressure comfort of a bra,produce better bra to satisfy more consumers. |
