With the development of economic globalization,the economic environment is becoming more complicated,and the market competition is becoming more fierce.The role of traditional internal audit "checking and preventing fraud" can no longer meet the development needs of enterprises.Internal audit needs to play a more valuable role in enterprises.Function,transform to value-added internal audit,provide more value-added services,and promote the realization of organizational goals.The construction of valueadded internal audits by enterprises to realize the transformation of internal audits is the need for the development of internal audits and the requirements for the survival and development of enterprises.Value-added internal audit can help the management improve management and improve the organization's operational efficiency and increase the organization's profit opportunities by providing confirmation and consulting services,participating in the company's economic activities and management activities,thereby achieving value-added.Therefore,the establishment of a value-added internal audit system that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and exerts the value-added role of internal audit can promote the endogenous growth of the enterprise,improve the core competitiveness,and thus enhance the value of the enterprise.However,how to effectively use the value-added internal audit to optimize the existing problems of the value-added internal audit at this stage,and give full play to the value-added role of internal audit,is currently a hot topic in the theoretical and practical circles.SF Group Company,mainly engaged in the investment and construction of waste incineration power generation projects,EPC general contracting,core equipment manufacturing,and operation and management of the entire industry chain service,is a leading enterprise in China's waste power generation industry.This article adopts the method of case study and literature research,taking the domestic and foreign value-added internal audit related research results and relevant theoretical knowledge as the theoretical support,introducing the SF Group company value-added internal audit case,after introducing the operation of the company's value-added internal audit system,Analyze the existing problems of SF Group's value-added internal audit,and analyze the reasons.In view of the problems in the practice of SF Group's value-added internal audit,this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategies to promote the transformation of internal audit,effectively play the role of internal audit value-added,realize the goal of value-added,and escort the survival and development of the enterprise.This has the double guiding significance of theory and practice for SF Group and other similar enterprises in the waste incineration power generation industry to apply value-added internal audit,improve the level of internal audit work,and play the role of internal audit value-added.
